May 13: MCSO re ceived a report from a caller on 1-84 eastbound that a pickup was cutting off ve hicles and swerving in and out of traffic. The call was transferred to the Oregon State Police. M CSO received a report from a caller in Irri- gon that vehicles are going too fast through the school zone in front o f A.C. Hough ton School. Extra patrols were requested. M CSO received a report from a caller at the lone Schools regarding a burglary. M CSO received a report from a caller on 1-84 westbound that he had re cently been talking to some of the farmers that have been getting equipment stolen off their property; they men tioned a vehicle that some of them had seen. The caller is on the freeway and just saw a vehicle that matched the description. M CSO received a request to locate a vehicle on Highway 730 and see if the driver is okay; the driver is elderly and failing to main tain lane. M CSO received a report from a caller in lone that another student locked his keys into his vehicle and the subject needed to know what to do. M CSO deputy ar rested Orlando Cruz Lopez, 23, on an Irrigon Justice Court w arrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while L icense S u sp e n d ed . He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. M CSO , H eppner Fire Dept, received a re layed rep o rt o f a m otor vehicle accident involving a deer on Highway 207. OSP responded. MCSO deputy cited Victor Manuel Lemus Her nandez, 42, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. MCSO received a report from a caller in Irri gon that a vehicle almost hit them in Umatilla while pull ing out of a bar then passed on a blind corner around three v ehicles and almost hit a vehicle head-on. A deputy contact was requested. MCSO deputy cited Sergio Quintana Afanador, 21, was cited for Violation of the Basic Rule, 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. MCSO received a report from a caller o f a suspicious vehicle at a loca tion on the Bombing Range Road. Contact was made with the subject and the subject advised he works during the day and sleeps at that location at night. May 14: MCSO re ceived a report from a caller in Heppner that someone broke into the snack shack; candy was missing and the door and lock were dam aged. A deputy contact was requested.
