Different agencies were notified. -MCSO received a report from a caller that cat tle appeared to be emaciated along 1-84 westbound. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Ir rigon o f a possible code enforcement violation with trailers on property that shouldn’t be there. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that a subject that has been bothering her is back at her work place. A deputy was requested to respond. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hep pner that his wife was “go ing crazy.” Deputy contact was requested. A deputy responded and settled the subject down. -MCSO received a report from a caller along H ighw ay 74 o f a pickup driving slow ly down the road with a horse tied to it. A deputy was unable to locate the vehicle. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Ir rigon that she and her son were begin harassed by the son’s ex-girlfriend. The ex girlfriend calls and sends e-mails. -M C SO re c e iv e d a report from a caller in B oardm an that pro p erty around his property is ac cumulating large amounts o f junk. -M C SO re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Boardman that his real es tate signs are being stolen. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Ir rigon that someone in the neighborhood is taking his lawnmower during the day while he is at work and us ing it to mow other people’s yards. A deputy made con tact. -M C SO re c e iv e d a report from a caller on H ighw ay 730 that a Fe dEx truck pulling doubles passed her and almost ran her off the road. The call was transferred to Oregon State Police. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Ir rigon that her ex-boyfriend will not give the keys to her vehicle back. While on the phone with Dispatch, the subject gave the caller the keys back, but while the phone was being hung up, Dispatch could hear yelling in the background.-On call back, the female subject said the male subject is refusing to get out o f the vehicle. The male subject got out and the female subject got in and locked h erself in, then later left for the Shell Station. Deputies contacted her there. Frank Andrew Mackey, 22, was arrested for Domestic Harassment and Interfering with Making a 911 Report. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer cited a female subject for Violation of the Speed Limit, 100+ mph in a 65 mph zone and Failure to Use Seat Belt for Child x3. -Boardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that a local transient is trying to steal some beer. -B oardm an Police Dept, received a request that a male subject be removed from a business. -B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that a young male tenant came up to her and propositioned her. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer arrested Wayne Bradley Schwabrow, 32, for Driving while License Sus pended Misdemeanor. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer arrested Rafael Leon Torres, 22, on an Ir rigon Justice Court warrant for Hit and Run. -Irrigon Fire Dept., Irrigon ambulance, MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that they had had an explosion and her garage was on fire and but it was unknown what the explosion was. April 17: -MCSO received a report o f a dog biting other dogs. The re porter was afraid that the dog might bite his kids. -MCSO received a request for an ambulance for a 51 year old male with symptomatic chest pains. -MCSO received a report from ODOT about a possible stolen vehicle out o f Des Moines PD, Wash ington. The vehicle was determ ined to have been reposed and then sold to the current owners in Oregon and the vehicle was not sto len after all. -Hermiston PD ar rested Ricardo Lepez Lepez, 27, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Theft II. -MCSO received a report of juveniles in a bath room huffing spray paint at the skate park in Irrigon. Four juveniles were arrested by MCSO for possession of an inhalant. One juvenile was a listed runaway out of Kennewick, WA. All juve niles were cited and released to their.parents. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Jessica Kiery-Lee Hamilton, 18, for careless driving. -M C S O a s s is te d Boardman PD with a report o f gang activity. -MCSO received a report o f intrusion alarms from Murray’s Drug. It was determ ined to be a false alarm. -MCSO was notified by N ew berg-D undee Po lice Department that David Shane Leavitt, 50, was ar rested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for failure to pay fine/driving under the influence o f a controlled substance. -MCSO was notified that the Los Angeles Sher iff’s Office had recovered a gun that was reported stolen out of Irrigon in 2002 and a subject was in custody. -MCSO and BPD re ceived a report of a male that was assaulted by two male neighbors. No ambulance was required. -BPD arrested Chris topher Dewayne Schneider, 25, for disorderly conduct, interfering with police, theft o f companion animal and assault IV. -Irrigon Ambulance received a call for a 77 year old male who fell off a chair and cannot get back up and needs assistance. An am bulance responded but the patient refused transport. -lone Fire D epart ment received a report o f a residential fire alarm. The call was cancelled by the homeowner. -H e p p n e r A m b u lance received a report of an 86 year old male who was shaking uncontrollably. -Boardman Am bu lance received a request for an ambulance from an assault victim. The victim then changed his mind. The victim later decided he did need an ambulance after all and was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. April 18: -M CSO received a report of a vehicle that was taken without the o w n er's perm ission. The car was recovered and the owner decided not to press charges. -M C S O a rre s te d Barney Harold Gillett, 48, for violation o f restraint order (x2). -M C S O a s s is te d OSP with a subject attempt ing to elude on foot. -MCSO received a report o f tractor found that was possibly stolen. -MCSO received a request for extra patrol be cause o f a subject speeding up and down the road. The caller was concerned for children in the area. -MCSO received a report o f flowers being sto len out o f a residential yard in Lexington. -An MCSO deputy found an open gate at the K inzua M ill.
