Michael Anthony Mullikin, 24, was arrested for Criminal Tres pass I, and lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. March 6: -MCSO received a report from a call er in Heppner that multiple dogs were running around, getting into fights and bark ing all the time. The caller requested a deputy speak to the owners about the dogs. -MCSO deputy cited a female subject for Viola tion o f the Speed Limit, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hep pner o f a missing vehicle and the keys were gone from where they were supposed to be. No one is supposed to have the vehicle. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hepp ner o f kids possibly fighting at the elementary school. A deputy responded. -MCSO received a report from a caller o f a big fire with black smoke at the gravel pit on Gun Club Lane, possibly burning the insulation off o f wire. -MCSO deputy cited a juvenile female subject for No Operator’s License. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a re port from a caller in Board- man o f a group o f young men w ith baseball bats. Subjects ran when units ar rived. -MCSO deputy cited Deborah Lavonne Evans, 44, for Driving while License Suspended Violation. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Hep pner that she heard some noise outside her house and requested a deputy respond. A deputy responded. -Irrigon ambulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a 32 year old male having a sei zure w ith blood com ing from his mouth. March 7: -MCSO deputy was out with a sub ject in Irrigon; the subject was monitoring the circles. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Ir rigon that all four tires on his vehicle were slashed; the vehicle was parked inside a garage when it happened. -MCSO received a report o f a motor vehicle accident that might have occurred during the evening by L exington. A d eputy checked the area and it did appear that there was an ac cident but there was no dam age, nor a vehicle around. -M CSO received a relayed report from a caller in Irrigon that she received a report o f a possible pit bull ring being built. -MCSO received a relay from the Boardman Police Dept, that a female subject walked into the po lice dept, and advised that her neighbor's address was different from what is listed in the phone book.
