Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, November 14. 2007 - THREE Veterans speak to HHS students On Thursday, November 8, Heppner High School hosted veterans from different war eras as guest speakers. From 8-10 a.m. speakers from different war eras visited various classes for question and answer sessions. At 10:30 a.m. in the gym, guest speaker Jim Harmon spoke. After the assembly, a luncheon was served for all veterans and their spouses. Board- man Ambulance responded but the patient refused trans port. Armondo Diaz Perez, 44, was arrested on Mor row County Circuit Court warrant for felony indict ment. The subject was also charged with assault felony, harassment, disorderly con duct and menacing. -BPD was notified of an audible motion detec tor alarm. BPD responded and determined that it was a false alarm. Oct. 1: -MCSO and Boardman Police D epart ment received a report o f a non-injury motor vehicle accident. A car swerved to miss a deer. -MCSO, Boardman Ambulance, Irrigon Ambu lance, and Irrigon Fire De partment received a report o f a two car motor vehicle accident. EMS, IFD and MCSO responded. Brandon Lee Nunn, 18, w as cited for failure to yield right o f way.
