Sheriff's Office reports han­
dling the follow ing busi­
ness:
July 25 continued:
MCSO reported a power at
the communication center.
There was still power at the
sheriff’s office.
-MCSO received re­
port of a 30-acre controlled
bum on Hwy. 207.
-MCSO received re­
port of a two-year-old boxer,
answering to Harley lost in
Irrigon.
-MCSO, Boardman
Police Department received
report from a juvenile in
Hermiston that his brother
grabbed him by the throat.
Department o f Human Ser­
vices was adv ised, but there
was not enough evidence for
a crime.
-MCSO received re­
port o f a vehicle that had left
the Boardman east-bound
rest area with a child not in a
seat belt. OSP was advised.
-MCSO received re­
port from a Heppner man
that a gray male dog has
been harassing his female
dogs in heat and attacking
cats in the area. He was
looking for the owner.
-MCSO received re­
port from an Irrigon woman
that her boyfriend had just
hit her and then drove off.
She refused an ambulance.
-MCSO received re­
port o f a driver possibly hav­
ing no operator’s license,
heading down Second St. in
Irrigon in the wrong gear.

Boardman. An 18-year-old
male was escorted from the
premises.

-Irrigon Fire Depart­
ment received a report o f a
brush fire at the Irrigon Ma­
rina. There was no fire.

playing. Two juveniles were
warned that the park closes
at midnight.

port that a bike was stolen
between 10 p.m. and mid­
night in Irrigon.

closed due to fire.

assault at a Boardman motel.
The subject was intoxicated
and would spend the night at

driving past the skate park in
Irrigon possible intoxicated.
All units were on emergency
calls and no one was avail­
able to respond.

that it was the third time
her vehicle had been broken
into. The vehicle was in the

people who were fighting

the town and loud music.

on Baseline and Homestead
roads getting gas. It was
determined that the subjects
were stealing as from River-
Crest Farms. Joshua Kent,
20, was cited for Theft III,
Criminal Trespass II. Jared
Salisbury, 21, was cited for
Criminal Trespass II.

pended. She was lodged at
