Subject was lodged in UCJ. -MCSO issued a ci tation to Brooks Pitts, 26, for violation of Driving While Suspended and Lailure to Seatbelt Children x2. -MCSO received 4 driving complaint stating a car had almost rear ended the reporter. A verbal warn ing was giving for reckless driving. -MCSO received a report of a fire at the sw itch ing yard in Hinkle. The call was transferred to UCSO. -MCSO received a report of a possibly disabled vehicle. It was determined that the driver had pulled over to use the phone. I
