Sheriff’s Office reports han
dling the following business:
May 23: -MCSO
received a report of
approximately 12-14 head
of cows with no tags on the
eastbound lane on 1-84.
OSP and UCSO notified.
-MCSO received a
report of a suspicious
person walking in the
middle of the road.
-MCSO received a
report of a non-injury hit
and run. Reporter’s
daughter’s vehicle has a
cracked windshield and the
antenna was tom off.
-MCSO received a
report that a construction
flagging supervisor was
threatened by a truck driver.
Extra patrol requested.
-MCSO received a
report of a purple semi that
failed to yield to an
emergency vehicle. OSP
and deputy advised.
-MCSO received a
call of 3-5 acre grass fire.
Rush Unit was on scene but
was not qualified to take
action, requested Irrigon
Fire Department mutual aid.
Boardman Fire Department
responded with a truck and
tanker.
-MCSO issued a
citation to Jacob Michael
Andermatt for failure to
transfer reg.
-MCSO received a
report of animal neglect. A
horse at a double wide
mobile home is very thin.
-MCSO arrested
Leobardo Jacquez III for
failure to metal records,
PCS II, theft II, burglary II,
criminal trespassing II, and
criminal mischief I. Subject
lodged at UCJ.

report advising there was
irrigation overflow on the
road.
-MCSO received a report of
an abandoned vehicle.
Contact was made with
owner and the vehicle was
moved.
-MCSO received a report of
graffiti clean up on the south
side of Kegler’s Market.
-MCSO received a report of
a non-injury motor vehicle
accident. A vehicle was
bumped in the parking lot.
-MCSO received a report of
dogs chasing the reporter’s
calves. A citation was issued
to Shanna Cleone Abbott for
dogs at large.
-MCSO received a report of
a postal vehicle having been
hit by another vehicle whose
driver did not have a license.

FTPF/MIP alcohol by
consumption.
-MCSO received a report
that the reporter’s
neighbor’s dogs were in her
yard again. The dogs were
returned to the owner.
Owner was advised that she
would be cited the next time.
-MCSO received a report of
a motorcycle or 4-wheeler
that keeps driving up and
down the road. Reporter
wants it to stop.
-MCSO was notified that
Washington County had
arrested Antonio Cotoc on
an IJC warrant for failure to
complete BHS classes/DUII.
Subject was lodged at the
Washington County Jail.
-BPD arrested Joshua Lee
Kent for telephonic
h ara ssm en t/m en a cin g.
Subject was lodged at UCJ.
-BPD issued a citation to
Maria Castaneda Duarte for
no operator’s license.
-Boardman Fire Department
and Irrigon Fire Department
received a 911 call of a fire
in the wildlife refuge.
-Irrigon Fire Department
received a call that the
reporter’s neighbor’s house
was on fire. The reporter
could see smoke but no
flames.
