The subject was suspended, but wasn't driving the vehicle. -M C SO receiv ed report from a fem ale in Irrigon that a subject was calling her sister’s cell phone and leaving th re a ten in g messages. A deputy warned all parties that they are not to have contact with each other. -M C SO receiv ed report from a fem ale in Heppner that she has a 16- year-old ju v e n ile w hose parents had kicked him out of the house, allegedly over a cat being brought into the house. -M C SO receiv ed report of a stereo stolen out o f a vehicle parked at a Boardman residence. -MCSO received a report of loud music.
