TWELVE - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, March 7,2007 -MCSO issued a citation to Alejandro Escobedo Sangui- no, 18, tor violating the ba sic rule by going 75 mph in a 55 mph /.one. -MCSO deputy received a report about an injured dog on the property. -MCSO received a report that male subject had been leaving the reporter necklac es and calling her repeated ly -MCSO issued a citation Nidia Soleda Cruz that vio lated the basic rule by going 82 mph in a 55 mph zone and driving while suspended. -MCSO received a report that a neighbor’s dog was in the reporter's pasture and chasing her livestock. Shan- na Abbot, 39, was issued a citation for a dog at large. -MCSO received a report that there was evidence a vehicle had hit a deer. -MCSO received a report that OSP arrested Dawn Marie Contreras, 37, for fail ing to appear for driving while suspended. -MCSO issued a citation to Benjamin Elliott Johnson, 18, for violating the speed limit by going 91 mph in a 65 mph zone and driving while suspended. -BPD received a report that there was a gate open at shop in Boardman. -BPD received a request for a house check. There was people staying there and they had sleeping bags. -BPD issued a citation to Guillermo Lujano Guzman, 21, for disobeying traffic control device, no operating license and failing to carry proof of insurance. -BPD received a report about a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident. There were no injuries. -BPD received a report that someone tried to break into a unit. -BPD received a report about two suspicious males at Oregon Potato in Board- man. Feb. 15: -MCSO issued a citation to Roberto Lopez Barajas, 24, for violating the basic rule by going 61 mph in a 45 mph zone. -MCSO received a report that a dog killed another bird at the reporter's residence. A deputy has already been at the residence for the same animal complaint. -MCSO under sheriff was out with a suspicious vehi cle in the Potlatch area in Boardman. -MCSO received a report that a red and gray older style Dodge Pickup with a male driver did not stop for the bus. -MCSO received a report that Hermiston PD arrested Joshua Thomas Moore, 24, for failing to pay fine for possession of less than an ounce of Marijuana. -MCSO received an acci dental 911 hang up. -MCSO issued a citation to Leah Wilson, 20, for failing to use seatbelt. -MCSO received a report that a city picked up a pit bull that killed a chicken. -MCSO assisted road de partment with tumbleweeds that were blocking the road due to the high winds. -MCSO received a report about a bike that was stolen two years ago and that was found it in a shed in Board- man. -MCSO assisted Heppner FD with a house fire. -MCSO and BPD respond ed to a house that had flash lights coming from it and a pop sound that sounded like a gun. -MCSO received a report that groups of juveniles were going door to door advising they were looking for a miss ing little girl. 4 -MCSO received a report that an adult male was fol lowing kids home in a dark coat. -BPD received a report about a possible drunk driv er. The vehicle was swerv ing all over the road. -BPD received a report that a storage unit light was go ing on an off. -BPD issued a citation to Heather Leigh Martuscelli, 35, for failing to obey traffic control device. -BPD issued a citation to Kelly Maureen Buschke, 20, for violating the basic rule by going 45 mph in a 30 mph zone. -BPD received a report that there was a gas smell com ing out of the reporter’s res idence furnace. -Heppner FD and Lexing ton FD and lone FD were advised about a house fire. Heppner Ambulance assist ed. -Irrigon Ambulance assist ed a 62-year-old female with chest pains. Feb. 16: -MCSO received a report about a m issing adult. -MCSO received a report about a stop sign that was leaning up against a mailbox. -MCSO issued a citation to Joey Carl Owens, 37, for vi olating the speed limit by going 91 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M CSO arrested Leigh Sanders, 49, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant. -MCSO received a report that the wind blew debris into the reporter’s car. The reporter’s insurance needs a police report. -MCSO received a report that a truck pulling a trailer with hay blew two tires on the trailer. The driver was going to get new tires and it was not a hazard. -MCSO received a report that the reporter had too many dogs and couldn't af ford to keep them. The re porter was transporting 10 dogs total to Pet Rescue. -MCSO received a report that a subject was making threats to the reporter’s wife. -MCSO served Kyle James Herigstad Bryden, 30, a war rant for failing to pay fine for driving while suspended. -MCSO was advised that a male tried to sell the report er stolen tools. -MCSO received a report that the reporter stated her daughter was involved in a hit and run. The vehicle struck them while they were stopped and kept driving. -MCSO received a report about a dispute between two females. The parties were separated and there was no incident. -MCSO received a report that the reporter thought that her sister stole her driver’s license. -MCSO received a report that the reporter advised he knew a man that was bleed ing. Feb. 18: -MCSO received a report that a female sub ject was causing problems at Bucknums. -MCSO and Irrigon FD re ceived a report about an of fice smoke and general fire alarm in Irrigon. -MCSO was requested by a sheriff for deputy contact regarding threats made by a neighbor. -MCSO received a report about a missing male subject in Irrigon. -MCSO received a report about a suspicious person in Irrigon. -MCSO received a report that a fem ale subject a t tacked reporters mother. -MCSO received a report about substantial electrical cable damage that was caus ing power out in a large area of Boardman. -MCSO received a report about possible ID theft. A company was saying that the reporter made a purchase that she had not. -MCSO received a report that Umatilla PD arrested Andrew Kauffman, 42, on an IJC warrant for failing to appear for driving while sus pended. -MCSO received a report that a female caller called and advised that her boy friend slapped her. She hung up when dispatch requested the address. The subject was in Herm iston. Feb. 19: -MCSO issued a citation to Joshua Lee Kent, 19, for driving while sus pended. -MCSO issued a citation to a juvenile subject for curfew violation. -MCSO received a report that Hermiston PD arrested Ricardo Lepez M endoza, 26, for failing to pay fine for menacing. -MCSO received a report that the reporter advised that somebody tried to open the front door. She saw the door handle move. The reporter advised her husband said it was probably just a bird on the porch and that they didn’t need law enforcement after all. -MCSO received a request for agency assistance regard ing a burning house in Irrig on. -M CSO received a 911 hang up from a cell phone.
