Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, October 4,2006 - THREE Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff's Office reports han dling the following business: S e p t. 21: M CSO receiv ed a rep o rt from lrrigon regarding MIP's that were given out last weekend. The re p o rte r w anted to know her options in what could be done to the parents of the child that the party was at. -M C SO a rre sted Victor Landeros, 18, on a parole violation sanction. -M C SO arrested Calvin Lee Van Horn. 44, on an 1JC warrant for failing to pay fine for a driving while suspended violation. -M C SO arrested Dustin Allen Shufeldt, 33, for F ailu re to A ppear/ A ttem pt B /Felony M an u factu re/D eliv ery a c o n tro lle d su b stan ce. Subject was also arrested for F ailu re to A ppear/ Harassment Physical. -MCSO received a report that a reporter from lrrigon requested contact regarding removing a vehicle across from his residence. -MCSO received a report that a reporter from lrrigon requested contact regarding a bike that a male juvenile had brought over to his house and asked how to grind off the serial numbers. The juvenile had left the bike in the reporter’s garage and the reporter wanted a deputy to come and make sure it wasn’t stolen. -MCSO received a report about puppies in the middle of the road in lrrigon -M C SO issued a c ita tio n to Ty A llen Arbogast, 37, for improper parallel parking. -M C SO arrested Curtis Lee Kennedy, 40, for fa ilin g to ap p ear for possession of Meth. -B PD issued a citation to a male subject for illegal parking standing or stopping. S e p t. 22: M CSO issued a citation to Robin Lynn D ennison, 21, for violating the speed limit, going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. -MCSO received a report that a reporter in lrrigon was receiving phone calls with only breathing on the phone. -M C SO issued a citation to Roman Gutierrez Torres, 61, for violating the speed limit, going 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO issued a citation to Dale Richard Ziolkoski. 20, for violating the speed limit, going 85 mph in a 65 mph zone and for not having an operating licen se and driv in g uninsured. -MCSO received a report that a reporter in Heppner advised she needed a deputy to be there when she arrived to pick up a p re sc rip tio n . A lta Mae Libbee, 42, was issued a c ita tio n for co n tro lle d substance fraud. -MCSO received a report about information for a party in lrrigon, that the party started at six and the music should have been done by midnight. -M C SO issued a citation to Scott Richard S herer, 46, for illegal parking. -MCSO received a report that the rep o rter’s house was broken into in lrrigon and her neighbor’s residence was broken into earlier and no contact was made. -M C SO a rre sted Roger L. Campbell Sr., 34, for failing to appear for a driving w hile suspended violation. -MCSO received a report that 12- to 15-year- old kids were throwing eggs and vegetables at each other in Boardman. S e p t. 23: M CSO received a report that the reporter’s ex-girlfriend took the dog and would not return it to him in lone. -M C SO issued a c ita tio n to Todd Steven Raney, 44, for possession of less than an ou n ce of marijuana in lrrigon. -MCSO received a report that in lrrigon, a male subject was making lude remarks to the laundromat attendant and was asked to leave and w ould not. Attendant thought that the subject m ight have been drinking. -MCSO received a report that a male subject in lrrigon was going through the g arb ag e at the Post Office. S e p t. 24: M CSO arrested Antonio Hernandez Duran, 33, for violating a restraining order. -M C SO issu ed a c ita tio n to Jo sh u a Dee Hoffman, 18, for violating the basic rule by going 69 mph in a 55 mph zone and failing to carry insurance. -MCSO received a rep o rt that a v eh icle in B oardm an was hit from behind at 120 mph. -M C SO issu ed a c ita tio n to B ertram s Voldemars Keire, 73, for failing to use a seat belt. -M C SO issu ed a citation to a female subject in lrrig o n who failed to display plates and for driving uninsured. -M C SO arrested Brian William Bush, 41, for attempting to elude a police o fficer and for unlaw ful possession of Meth. -M C SO issu ed a c ita tio n to Y escenia E. Torres A cevedo, 20, for failing to use a seatbelt. -MCSO received a report that there were four vehicles in Boardman that were racing on 1-84 and throwing things out of their windows. OSP was notified. -MCSO received a rep o rt about a d isab led vehicle in lrrigon that had only pulled over to have a verbal argument. -M C SO issued a cita tio n to Jaim ee Lynn Staggs, 26, for violating the speed limit, going 85 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M C SO issu ed a citation to Debbie Lavern McNeil, 48, for violating the basic rule, going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO issu ed a citation to W ayne Bruce Swango, 61, for failing to use a seat belt. -M C SO a rre sted Fernando Mirez Estrada. 20, for d riv in g u n d er the influence. -MCSO received a report that a rep o rter in lrrigon heard six shots fire. -MCSO received a report that Pendleton PD arrested D ouglas A rthur Clinkenbeard, 49, for failing to appear for possessing less than an ounce of Marijuana. S e p t. 25: -M CSO received a report from a caller lrrigon advising that his neighbors played loud music every morning and requested contact. -MCSO received a report that a male subject in lrrigon had his head slumped over the steering wheel and the reporter wasn’t sure if the subject was ok or just sleeping. -MCSO received a from a caller in lrrigon that their anim als were being frightened by the neighbor's gunshots.
