M CSO received a report from a caller in lone that a juvenile is hanging out at the park and is sleeping in the park restro o m . The juvenile runs if he sees the police. The caller advised that the juvenile’s mother wants nothing to do with him and his father is a registered sex offender. The juvenile has nowhere to go. MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that everything was taken from her storage unit and she would like deputy contact. MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Heppner that a subject was having conflict with his 16- year-old brother and the 16- year-old ran away. Gary Dwayne Waddell, 32, was arrested for Harassment and lodged at Umatilla County Jail. M CSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman that a subject was intoxicated and assaulting his mother. The subject was trying to leave, but the caller gave the phone to his sister and was attempting to keep the subject from leaving. The call was lost and deputies were unable to recontact the fu rth e r c a lle r for information. Jose Ismael Mendoza Moreno, 39, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Curt warrant for Failure to Pay F in e /D riv in g w hile Suspended. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail and was then taken in front of the judge and paid his fine and was released. M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that the credit cards that were issued to her and her deceased ex-husband were stolen. M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that the outside door was unlocked, but the inside door was still locked. The caller wanted someone to stay on the line with her while she went through the residence to make sure no one was there. The residence was clear and the caller did not need deputy contact. M CSO received a report that a deputy was out with a couple subjects. The subjects advised they were looking for owl pellets. MCSO, Boardman PD received a report from a caller in Boardman that a subject came to the caller’s residence carrying a large rifle trying to sell it. The rifle was inside a case. The caller also advised the rifle was lodged with ammo. The caller called back while the officers were en route to the residence and advised that there was just a fight and the suspect carrying the rifle left with two or more subjects in a car.
