to false alarms, business and
re sid e n tia l, in M orrow
County. You will be allowed
one false alarm per month
with no charge, but for the
rem ainder o f that month,
each additional false alarm
will cost you $50. So, if you
are having problems with
your alarm systems, please
contact your alarm company
for maintenance or further

PMH Foundation announces scholarship winners
The scholarship in
memory of longtime local
Dr. W allace W olff was
created by his fam ily to
assist students in the medical
field. This year's award in
the amount of $1000 will go
to Trisha Adams. Adams
graduated from H eppner
High School in 2000 and
went on to graduate summa
cum laude from Albertson
College in 2004. She was
accepted in medical school
at OHSU in the fall of 2005
and is completing her first
year of study in her quest for
her d o c to r o f m ed icin e
degree. She is the daughter
of Mike and Toni a Adams of
Heppner.
The foundation also
awarded seven awards in the
name o f Earl and Hazel
Wilson, a pioneer family
from the lone area that were
b e n efac to rs
of
the
foundation that desired to
assist stu d en ts in th eir
pursuit of a career in the
medical field.
Shelley Rietmann
was awarded $500 to assist
her in graduate school for a
degree in doctor of physical
therapy. R ietm ann is a
graduate of Heppner High
School and will graduate
from Pacific University this
spring. She is the daughter of
Mark and Tammy Rietmann
of Heppner.

was awarded $400. She is
attending Pacific University
with a goal of furthering her
career in the medical field
either in nursing, or perhaps
as a physician’s assistant. She
is the daughter of Mark and

Dan Basile received
a $250 scholarship at his

High School. Basile plans to

M em orial Foundation is

generous bequest from the
estate of Robert Campbell of
Lexington. Campbell was a

Lexington area until his

of health care in the area and
is deeply appreciated.

school involvem ent and
scholastic achievement.
