He was arrested on a U m atilla County S h eriff’s O ffice warrant for Failure to Appear/Aggravated Theft I. Legal notices The Gazette is the legal newspaper for various public entities and is able to satisfy publishing requirements for Morrow County. Letters to the Editor Letters to the Editor must be signed. The Gazette-Times will not publish unsigned letters. Please include your address and phone number on all letters for use by the G-T.
