39-year-old female with a
severe nosebleed that had
been going on for about 30
minutes and wouldn't stop.
The patient was transported
by private vehicle to medical
assistance.

no smoke or fire at the scene.

blocking the westbound fast
lane. Four patients were

Hermiston. A vehicle that
stopped to assist was hit by
another vehicle that kept
going.

dispute.

washout may occur.

that a 35 mph zone sign was
snapped off. ODOT was
advised.

report from a caller in Irrigon
that Christmas lights were
stolen a couple of days ago.

hang-up 911 call from a
location in Irrigon. It was
determined to be a juvenile
male playing on the phone.
He was warned not to do
that.

wrong turns off May Street
onto Gale Street.

that Christm as décor was

Thursday and Tuesday.

730. The vehicle appeared to
be following the caller, then
went down one road a little
ways, stopped, and went
backwards down the road to
another road. A deputy was
unable to locate the vehicle.
