FOUR - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, December 28,2005 Sheriff's Report The M orrow County Sheriff’s Office (M CSO) re ports handling the following business: was stolen from a circle. -M C S O received a report about a boxcar that was on fire. -M C S O re c e iv e d m u ltip le 911 calls from ch ild ren p la y in g on the phone. -M C S O received a report that John Brandon Paradiso, 27, was lodged at U m atilla County Jail for fa ilin g to appear fo r six counts o f Theft II. -M C S O received a report that subject’s father wouldn’ t give her key back and was spreading rumors about her. -M C S O received a report that a male juvenile had been sitting in a blue station wagon for an hour. The vehicle was in front o f Bucknum’s Tavern. -M C S O arrested William Harold Easton, 32, for PCS C Felony and failing to appear for PCS II. Dec. 1: - Boardman ambulance received a report o f a rollover motor vehicle accident. T w o patients involved were transported with minor injuries to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. - B o a r d m a n ambulance assisted an eight- month pregnant 21 -year-old fem ale w ho was h avin g contractions. Subject was transported to G ood Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. - B o a r d m a n ambulance received a request for mutual aid from Irrigon Ambulance to assist with a 35-year-old female who was having trouble breathing. Dec. 5: (continued Dec. 2: -Boardman Fire Dept, received a report from Dec. 14 G-T issue) -Boardman P olice about a building fire. -Boardm an P o lic e Dept, officer cited Manuel Dept, received a report that Rodriguez Rodriguez, 31, there was an in toxicated for Failure to Obey Traffic female in reporter’s residence Control Device. -Boardman P olice that was violating restraining Dept, officer cited a juvenile order. - Boardman P olice for N o Operator’s License. -Boardman P olice Dept, arrested C onnie Jo Raphael-Macomber, 40, for Dept, officer cited Shawn Burglary I (A Felony) and T a y lo r D irksen, 19, fo r Assault IV-DV. Subject was Failure to Display Plates and also arrested for Probation Illegal Tinting. - B o a r d m a n Violation/assault o f Public am bulance re c e iv e d a Safety Officer. - Boardman P olice request for an ambulance Dept, received a report that from a caller in Boardman a student was threatened by fo r a subject with a d isloca ted e lb ow . Marijuana. -M CSO deputy cited report that someone hit the Tiffanie Ann Greenup, 26, reporter’ s fence. -M C S O received a for Violation o f the Basic report that electrical cable Rule, 49 mph in a 30 mph zone. -M C S O received a report from a c a lle r in Heppner for a welfare check on a female subject whose phone had been o ff the hook for two days. -M C S O received a report that E ric Thom as Johnson, 39, was arrested on a Umatilla County warrant and an Irrigon Justice Court warrants fo r F ailu re to A p p ear/ D rivin g w h ile L icen se Suspended and Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Suspended. Johnson was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C S O received a report from a c a lle r in Lexington that a dog got hold o f a cat in the area and tore the cat up. The cat was still alive but missing its eye. It was determined the owner o f the dog owns the cat and will take care o f the cat. -M C S O received a report that Billy Joe Doom, 60, was arrested on a M o rro w C oun ty C ircu it Court warrant for Failure to A ppear/Possession o f a Controlled Subject. Doom was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M CSO deputy cited Ernesto Jimenez Espino, 36, for Driving while License Suspended-Misdemeanor. He was released to appear. -M CSO deputy cited Sixto Alvaro Barrera, 42, for Failu re to O b ey T r a ffic Control Device. -M C S O deputy assisted Boardman Police Dept, with a call. -MCSO deputy cited a female subject for Driving while License Suspended Violation. -Boardman P olice Dept, officer cited Edward Charles McGinnis, 39, for* Violation o f the Speed Limit in a School Zone, 36 mph in a 20 mph zone. -Boardman P olice Dept, o ffic e r arrested Leobardo Solis Jacquez, 53, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Livestock at Large. -Boardman P olice Dept, officer arrested Diana H ernandez, 37, fo r Possession o f a Controlled Substance II and Distribution o f a Controlled Substance II. Hernandez was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -Boardman P olice Dept, received a report o f a stolen vehicle from a subject ALL ARE WELCOME t o a N e w Y e a r ’s E v e P a r t y at the S e v e n th -d a y A d v e n tist C h u rc h G y m in Boardman. -Boardman P olice Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that her sister beat her up. It was unknown where it happened and it may have occurred Friday. -Boardman P olice Dept, officer cited Michael L e e W o od , 35, fo r N o Operator’s License. - B o a r d m a n ambulance received a report from a caller in Boardman o f a 29-year-old male with a hip injury. The patient was transported to G oo d Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. Dec. 8: Boardman ambulance received a report from a caller in Boardman o f a 52-year-old male subject who is diabetic, has high b lo o d sugar and has an unknown medical condition. The subject had been ill for the last several days. -Boardman P olice Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman o f a theft from a vehicle. -Boardman P olice Dept, officer cited Martin Duran B e d o lla , 25, fo r Abandoned Vehicle. -Boardman P olice Dept, o ffic e r received a report o f an unwanted male subject at the north Shell station in Boardman. The subject was acting odd, asking people for money and wandering around the area. The subject left the area prior to the officer’s arrival. -M C S O deputy assisted Boardman Police Dept, with a call. -M CSO deputy cited Edwin A m u lfo Guardado, 24, fo r V io la tio n o f the Speed L im it in a School Zone, 36 mph in a 20 mph zone, and Failure to Carry Proof o f Insurance. -M C S O deputy arrested Jerry Lee Bulow, 53, on a M orrow County Circuit Court warrant for F ailu re to Appear/ Possession o f a Controlled Substance-I, Possession o f a Controlled Substance-II and Endangering W elfare o f a Minor. Bulow was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C S O received a rep ort from a c a lle r in H ep pn er o f a s u b ject’ s horses and llam as are continuously getting out o f a fenced area; the caller wanted the ow n er to be contacted and advised to fix the fence. -M C S O deputy arrested Seth Ryan Charette, 21, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Possession o f Less than One Oz. Marijuana. -M C S O received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a mini stallion was taken sometime during the night; the pen holding the animal was open. -M C S O received a report from a c a lle r in Boardman o f three juveniles were seen taking mail out o f mailboxes in the area the previou s day and today. There were two males and one female, ages 10-12 years old. The caller received mail that was not the caller’s that had been opened. -M C S O received a report from a c a lle r in L exin gton o f a gun shot southeast o f the c a lle r ’ s residence. A deputy was unable to locate anything. Dec. 10: Boardman and Irrig o n am bulances received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f that a 74- year-old male had fallen. -B oardm an Fire Dept, received a report from Boardman o f a cold storage water flow activated; it was determ ined to be a false alarm. -B oardm an F ire Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman o f a sm all brush fire . It was possibly an O D O T bum. -Boardman P o lic e Dept, officer cited Juvencio Sanchez Mendoza, 26, for Violation o f the Speed Limit, 35 mph in a 20 mph zone. -Boardman P olice Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that storage units had been broken into. -Boardman P olice Dept, officer cited Eudoro Cardenas-Herrera, 31, for Violation o f the Speed Limit, 54 mph in a 40 mph zone. -Boardman P olice Dept, officer cited Damien Lee Quinn, 19, for Violation o f the Speed Limit, 38 mph in a 20 mph zone. -Boardman P olice Dept, officer cited Lansing R. Jorgensen, 45, fo r Violation o f the Speed Limit 50 mph in a 30 mph zone. -Heppner Fire Dept, received a report from a caller at the W illow Creek G o lf Course in Heppner o f a man with a rifle near the creek. It was determined to be the caretaker. Dec. 11: M C S O deputy cited Jose Angel Solis G u tierrez, 32, fo r N o Operator’s License, Driving Uninsured and Ille g a l Display o f Plates. -M C S O received a report from the U m atilla P olice Dept, that G ilbert Garza, 38, was arrested on a M orrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Possession o f a C on trolled Substance II. Garza was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C S O and Boardm an P o lic e Dept, received a report from a caller on the Bombing Range Road that a vehicle with its lights on was on its side in the bar pit. There was no one in the vehicle. -M C S O received a report from the Hermiston P o lic e Dept, that Karina Chavez, 21, was arrested on a U C S O warrant, and a M o rro w C ounty C ircu it Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Menacing. -M C S O received a report from a c a lle r in Boardman o f a motor vehicle head-on accident. Leobardo Jacquez III, 30, for Failure to Drive within Lane/Motor Vehicle Accident. -M C S O and Boardm an P o lic e Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman at a care facility o f a male subject who was ve ry agitated, threatening and cursing. On recontact, the c a re g iv e r advised they would call if they needed assistance. It was determined all was okay during a follow-up. -M C S O received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f an abandoned vehicle pushed into the corner o f Nevada and Second streets. -M C S O deputy in Irrigon advised a suspicious person was running from the deputy. -M C S O received a report from a caller in Irrigon that a neighbor found the caller’s stolen property in a nearby field. -B oardm an F ire D ept, and Boardm an ambulance received a report from a caller at Tillamook Cheese o f heavy smoke seen coming from a singlewide trailer. It was determined to be unoccupied. -Boardman P olice Dept, received a request from a caller in Boardman for a locksmith for a vehicle locked and the engine was running. Dec. 12: M C S O received a report from a caller in Lexington that a cd player was taken out o f his v e h ic le a fe w days’ previously and that gasoline was taken last week. -M C S O deputy arrested Brian Olea, 29, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Harassment-Violation. -M C S O received a report from a c a lle r in Heppner o f a suspicious male subject riding a bike. -M CSO called back on a hang-up 911 from Irrigon. A fem ale subject reported that a subject assaulted her today and had just left five minutes ago. -M C S O received a request for assistance from a caller in Heppner who locked her keys in the car with the engine running. -Heppner ambulance received a request for an ambulance from a caller in Heppner for a 95-year-old m ale w ith high b loo d pressure and an irregular heartbeat. The patient was transported to P io n eer M e m o ria l H osp ital in Heppner. -Heppner ambulance received a request for an ambulance from a caller in Ruggs fo r a 4 0-year-old male who fell from the back o f a pickup.
