The 2005 Morrow County Jackpot Rodeo was held Sunday, Aug. 21 at the Morrow County Fair grounds in Heppner. The Jackpot Rodeo is a special rodeo held during the fair for Morrow County residents and alumni. This year’s Jackpot Rodeo all-around champion was Tiffanie Greenup.
