Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, July 27,2005 - FIVE Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) re ports handling the following business: July 18: Raymond Elsworth Dungan III, 29, was arrested by Morrow County Sheriff’s O ffice on U m a tilla Co. w arran t for P ro b atio n V io la tio n /A ssa u lt IV, Harassment. The subject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. M CSO receiv ed re p o rt that Jo sep h W. Palmer, 25, was arrested by Hermiston Police Dept, on an Irrigon Ju stice C ourt Warrant for Failure to Pay F in e /D riv in g W hile Suspended. He was released and cited to appear in Irrigon Justice Court. M CSO receiv ed re p o rt o f a sh o p liftin g complaint that happened last Thursday. M CSO receiv ed report from a caller who claims someone had been outside of her home for the past couple days. She found a footprint, and would like deputy contact. M CSO received a report from a female subject that a male subject called and stated that he was going to burn down her house and advised her to “sleep with one eye open.” M CSO received a com plaint from a woman who claims she had a welfare check and th at personal information was retrieved w ith o u t p e rm issio n and would like deputy contact. M CSO receiv ed report that a male subject in a blue semi with a trailer pulled up on their property and told them to leave or he would run them over. The complainant was at Irrigon Ju stic e C ourt aw aitin g deputy contact. M CSO receiv ed report from a caller that they have m ail on h old at a resid en ce and w hen she drove by today the front door was wide open and screen door was unlocked. M CSO re ceiv ed report from a caller in La Grande that her ex-husband hit her son with a belt and left a bruise. M CSO receiv ed report of a missing juvenile, a fo u r y ear-o ld fem ale w earing blue je a n s and orange and white t-shirt. She has blond hair, and is 50 lbs and is 3’9” tall. M CSO receiv ed report from a caller who claims that before her ex- husband took her kids to Idaho he said when he got back he hoped she w asn’t breathing. M CSO receiv ed report from a caller that a camper shell blew off a truck and has no way to re-secure it. It’s off the road now, but they may have to leave it at location. M C SO re c eiv e d report from a caller that his younger b ro th e r is intoxicated and assaulted him. His mother has him in a red van head ed back to Umatilla. M C SO receiv ed report from a female caller that her husband was out of control. Subject claimed that his wife had kicked in the door. An additional call was made; the female subject claim ed that her husband k ick ed in the d o o r and wouldn’t let her leave for work. B oardm an P o lice D ep artm en t a rre sted C h risto p h e r D ew ayne Schneider, 22, on a Morrow County Circuit Warrant for Failure to Appear/Assault IV. BPD received report of a missing six year-old last seen wearing a green shirt and khaki shorts headed west on Wilson from Sam B oardm an E lem en tary School. The child may have friends on Anthony Drive. BPD cite d M aria Guadalupe Covarrubias to appear in Irrigon Justice Court for Violation of Speed Limit 52/30. BPD received report from a caller that her cell phone was stolen from her vehicle at the Boardm an Post Office. BPD cited Michelle Lynn Fisher, 31, to appear in Irrigon Justice C ourt for speeding 91/55... Lexington Fire Dept, received report o f house filling with smoke from Fire Dept, controlled bum. July 19: MCSO cited Ysmael O. Padilla, 67, to appear in Heppner Justice C o u rt fo r 85/55 in a commercial vehicle. Caller claim ed he was going 80 mph all over the road. M C SO receiv ed re p o rt o f S co tt W illiam G raber, 32, a rre ste d by Pendleton Police Dept, on Irrig o n Ju stic e C o u rt Warrant for Failure to Pay F in e /P ro v id in g F alse Information. M C SO re ceiv ed report of an older male on the side of the road two miles out o f H eppner possibly having a heart attack. M CSO received a report that a juvenile was m issing. Juvenile was 11 years old riding a silver bike, wearing a light color shirt with a flag on it with jeans. He was mad because he is grounded. M C SO receiv ed report of Michelle Stevens, 32, arrested on Hermiston W arrant for Contem pt of C o u rt/D riv in g W hile Suspended. M CSO receiv ed rep o rt o f K eith L eslie M cK ee, 48, a rre sted on Irrig o n Ju stic e C ourt W arrant fo r F ailu re to A ppear/Interfering with a Police Officer/Harassment. M CSO re ceiv ed report of a theft complaint in Irrigon. M CSO re c eiv e d report from a caller who claim ed her ex -h u sb an d cam e into her resid en ce while she was gone, took her son’s TV and did damage to the residence. M CSO receiv ed report of a water leak on Church Street in Heppner that was worse than it was that morning. BPD received report of a couple of slashed tire. ,. BPD cite d Erik R am irez, 24, and Fred Eugene Stephens, 49, to appear in Irrigon Justice Court Warrant for DUII. BPD received three reports of slashed tires. BPD receiv ed a request for a K-9 unit for possible drug activity. July 20: M CSO received report of a car that was hit in the parking lot at R J’s in Lexington. Would like deputy contact. M CSO received a report from a female caller claiming that another woman had her cell phone and would not return it. Would like deputy contact. M CSO re c eiv e d report of five horses found in Irrigon, one with an injury. M CSO receiv ed report that Carol Thenor Warren, 55, was sanctioned to be lodged at U m a tilla C o . Jail. > M CSO receiv ed report of kids sitting in an apple tree throwing apples at cars in Heppner. M C SO receiv ed report from a caller claiming that cats are cau sin g a problem in her yard and would like deputy contact. M CSO cited A na Maria Chavez Sandoval, 33, to appear in Irrigon Justice C ourt for D riving W hile Suspended. MCSO cited Leroy Keith Rea, 48, to appear in Heppner Justice Court for Violation of Basic Rule 71/ 55. Subject was also arrested on Heppner Justice Court Warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Criminal Trespassing II and a U m a tilla C ounty W arrant fo r F ailu re to Appear/Assault IV. Subject was lodged at Umatilla Co. Jail. M C SO a rre sted Robert Wade Eastep, 45, on MC Circuit Court warrant fo r F a ilu re to A p p ear/ H in d erin g P ro secu tio n . Subject was lodged at UCJ. M C SO a ssisted Umatilla PD with a possible drunk driver. BPD received five reports of slashed tires. July 21: BPD cited three ju v e n ile s cited for Minor In Possession.
