PERS retirement funding is ex p ected to increase between 5 and 10 percent over the next 2 to 4 years Each percent increase costs our district approximately $100,000. She has three grown children She graduated from Rogue River High School and graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a bachelor o f science degree in history with an endorsement in secondary education F u rg erso n is currently em ployed with M orrow C ounty School District and retires in June 2005. For the past 17 years, Rauch has been a partner o f Starvation Farms. He is a member o f Hope Lutheran Church and served on the council for the past 10 years, three of which he served as treasurer and three as president. He is also a current Heppner girls JV basketball coach R a u c h ’s p o litical experience includes three y ears w ith the O regon S h o rth o rn A sso ciatio n , serving as past president. He was elected to the Morrow C ounty Soil and W ater Conservation District board, serving 12 years, 10 years as chairman. He served five years on the O regon T echnical A d v iso ry Committee, representing the O regon A sso ciatio n o f Conservation District. The H ollandsw orths currently live in B oardm an. He graduated from high school in Lowell and received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Oregon Tech in Klamath Falls. Hollandsworth has also served as a 1st Lieutenant in the US Army. He served as an OCS artillery instructor at Fort Sill in Oklahoma He is currently self- em ployed in p ro p e rty management as the owner of D esert S prings E sta te s M obile H om e Park in Boardman He is a member o f Good Shepherd Lutheran Church He is a member o f the Kiwanis Club Board and is a past president He is an ex-board m em ber o f the B oardm an C ham ber o f Commerce He has served with the North Morrow Trail Committee and for two years was chairman o f SOLV He has also served on the Boardman City Council for the last four years and is the current council president Hollandsworth has years o f experience in heavy construction engineering and experience in supervision and management as a small business owner He also has eight years o f experience in property management. He was president o f Russell Oil Company from 1982-2001 and is the current manager o f Russell Family, LLC. Russell is a member o f Our Lady o f Guadalupe Catholic Church. He has served as a director for the B oardm an C ham ber o f Commerce and served on the B oard o f D ire c to rs fo r O regon P etro leu m Marketers Association. He was on the com m ittee to build an all weather track at Riverside High School. He is currently serving as a board mem ber Colum bia River Community H ealth Services and has served on the board o f directors for the M orrow , W h eeler and G illiam co u n ties m ental health district. He is also the p resen t chairm an o f the B o ardm an R ural Fire Protection District. He has also served as a planning commission for M orrow C ounty and is a current member o f the Port of M o rro w b udget committee.
