The vehicle was impounded. J u n e 11: MCSO received a report from a c aller in H eppner o f a disturbance at a residence in H eppner. S u b jects were arguing. It was determined all was okay. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a fight in p ro g ress between the caller's husband and two other males. There were no weapons involved. The parties separated. -MCSO, Irrigon Fire Dept, received a report of a smoke detector alarm at A.C. Houghton in Irrigon. It was determ in ed to be a system problem and would be off-line until later. -MCSO received a report that Jason Edward Kinzer, 21, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court w arrant for F ailure to A p p ear/D riv in g w hile License Suspended and on a Walla Walla warrant. -M C SO , O regon State Police, Irrigon ambulance, Irrigon clinic received a report from a caller in Irrigon that a young male subject came to her door say in g h e ’d been stabbed and was holding the right side o f his ribs. The subject was not located. There was no blood trail and additional witnesses saw no blood. -M C SO , H eppner am bulance received a request for an ambulance from a caller in Heppner for a 6 6 -y ear-o ld fem ale experiencing an allergic reaction to something she ate. The p atien t was tran sp o rted to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -M C SO , H eppner Fire D ept., H eppner ambulance received a report o f a one vehicle accident. The vehicle was on its side off the road. A female was out o f the v eh icle. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd M edical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO received a report from UCSO that Jasmine Denae Freel, 20, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for F ailure to Pay F in e/ Possession o f Less than One Oz. M arijuana. She was cited and released to appear. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a c aller in Irrigon regarding a vehicle broken into two days ago and a stereo stolen. -MCSO received a relayed request for deputy assistance from three female su b jects to retriev e possessions from a male subject who was threatening to bum them if they weren’t picked up within a 1/2 hour. Francisco Garcia-Soto, 27 was arrested on a Probable Cause charge out o f the Hermiston Police Dept, for a Restraining Order. He was lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in Boardman that her vehicle was graffitied today. -M CSO dep u ties cited Sean Allen Townsend, 21, for Driving while License Suspended Violation, No Insurance and Possession of Less than O ne Oz. Marijuana. -MCSO received a report from a c aller in Heppner that his neighbor is using the c aller’s private drive for p arking. The vehicle was moved. -MCSO deputy cited Kevin S. Freeman, 34, for Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 88 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in Heppner of a party going on at a nearby house and she wanted it stopped. -M CSO d ep u ties cited Maria L. Calvillo, 27, for Driving while License Suspended Violation and No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO received a report from the Umatilla Police Dept, that C urtis James Dury, 22, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Lailure to Pay Fine/Possession of Less than One Oz. Marijuana. He was cited and released to appear. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer cited Julie Kay Maddox, 28, for Possession o f Less than O ne Oz. M arijuana and O pen Container. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer arrested James K. It was determined all was okay; the van was parked in a different spot.
