T here was a language barrier; the caller then hung up. -MCSO received a report from a caller that reported his vehicle stolen just now from the Willow Creek Reservoir. The caller saw it headed on the Western Route Road towards Ukiah. It was d eterm in ed the vehicle was not stolen as it was in the parking lot; the caller just saw a vehicle that looks like his. -MCSO, Boardman Police D ept, received a request for an officer from a juvenile male in Boardman to respond for his parents arguing. His father was intoxicated and wanted to leave; his mother wouldn’t or couldn’t give him the keys. -MCSO, Boardman P olice D ept, received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman that he found a peacock in his yard; he doesn’t know who it belongs to. -MCSO received a report from the Stanfield Police Dept, that Matthew Bradley Townsend, 19, was arrested on Morrow County Circuit Court warrants for F ailure to A ppear/ U n au th o rized Use o f a Motor Vehicle and Failure to Appear/Attempt to Elude- Vehicle. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a report o f two suspicious su b jects w alking on Highway 730 milepost 170 holding a sign partially in the roadway. -MCSO, Boardman P olice D ept, o fficers arrested James J. Nelson, 38, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Contempt of Court. He was cited to appear. Ju n e 1: Boardman Police Dept, officer cited Teresa Zurita, 33, for Failure to O bey Traffic C ontrol Device. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in Lexington that a vehicle hit and knocked down her fence last night. -M C SO , Irrigon am bulance received a relayed report from a caller in Irrigon that he is hypoglycemic and his blood sugar is low. No transport was made. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Heppner that her neighbor was spraying water on her while she was mowing her lawn. -MCSO received a req u est from F ederal Investigations Processing for a records check on a male subject. No criminal incidents were found. -M C SO d eputies cited Dusty Spears, 18, for No Operator’s License, No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Irrigon that his daughter w o n ’t listen to him and keeps going to see her mother; there is a restraining order against her. It was determ ined there was no v io la tio n ; there was an amendment to the order. -MCSO received a re p o rt from a c a lle r in B oardm an that som eone stole some wire mesh panels from a location in Irrigon. -MCSO received a re p o rt from a c a lle r in Irrigon that her 11 -year-old son didn't come home from school today. The juvenile was found and the parents notified. -MCSO deputy cited a subject for Violation of the I Basic Rule, 82 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report from a c aller in Irrigon that his daughter saw two male subjects looking into the kitchen window and then ran. One went north and one went south. -MCSO deputy cited Paul Focht, 42, for Driving while License Suspended Violation. The vehicle was impounded. Ju n e 2: Boardman Police Dept, officer cited Jose Padilla Alvarado, 27, for Driving while License Suspended Violation and No Insurance. -MCSO received a report of an audible alarm at the Finley Buttes Landfill scale house. The building was secure and there had been no entry. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a 911 from a resid en ce in B oardm an, a S p a n ish speaking caller requested a police response then hung up. It was determined to be a neighbor dispute. -MCSO received a report from the Tualatin Police D ept, that Pablo Organiz Mendoza, 42, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay F ine/D riv in g w hile License Suspended. He was lodged at the Washington C ounty Jail on a local warrant. -MCSO received a request from a caller in H eppner for a deputy to respond to assist with a welfare check on a male subject; the c aller was scheduled to take him to a doctor’s appointment. It was determined all was okay. -M C SO , O regon State P olice receiv ed a report of a disabled vehicle on 1-84 westbound milepost 151. -MCSO received a report from a c aller in Irrigon that a male subject and a female subject were having a “heated” argument outside a residence. While on the line, the fem ale subject left the area. The caller would call back if she returned. -MCSO received a request for an appointment for fingerprinting. -M C SO , O regon State P olice receiv ed a rep o rt from a c aller in Irrigon of a verbal dispute between the same male and fem ale su b jects from a previous report; they were at a different location. While on the line, the p arties separated. Units responded to a location in Irrigon where the male subject refused to answer the door. Contact was established with the female subject. Joseph Lorin L aC hapelle, 46, was arrested on a D etention W arrant for Probation Violation and lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO, Boardman Police D ept, received a report of a duress alarm at a location in Boardman. It was determined all was okay. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that there were two subjects with flashlights that left in a pickup when the c aller’s renters w ent to check outside the house. -MCSO received a report from a caller at Irrigon City Hall that there were several street signs “ta g g e d ” ; they were removed and taken to the Irrigon shop. -MCSO received a report from the Hermiston Police Dept, that Kristina Jo Janssen, 37, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice C ourt warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License i Suspended. She was cited and released to appear. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a rep o rt from a c aller in Boardman that she is having a verbal argument with her husband who has been drinking. -M C SO , Irrigon Public Works received a rep o rt from a c aller in Irrigon of a snake in her yard. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in H eppner that he found pennies in the road and he wanted to know if there had been any theft reports taken recently. If not, he wanted to file a report about finding them. -MCSO, Irrigon Fire Dept, received a report from a caller in Irrigon of an illegal burn in Irrigon. -MCSO, Irrigon Fire Dept, received a report from a caller in Irrigon of a large, u nattended burn at a resid en ce near him on Highway 730. -MCSO received a report from a caller that subjects caught a fish in the Columbia River that was not a “ k e ep e r” but kept it anyway. The subjects were still at the river. -MCSO deputy cited a fem ale ju v e n ile for Violation of the Basic Rule, 66 mph in a 35 mph zone. -MCSO received a request for an ambulance from a caller in Irrigon who was having an irregular heartbeat. She recently had open heart surgery. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in Irrigon o f several m ale subjects drinking and racing 4-wheelers up and down 9th Street. The caller spoke to them and asked them to stop, a subject apologized. The c aller req u ested a deputy drive by and make sure they had stopped. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in B oardm an that a m ale su b ject on a dirt bike w ithout any lights on is going up and down roads. -M CSO , O regon State Police received a rep o rt from a c aller in Irrigon of hearing a male and female fighting. Lisa Little, 38, was cited and released for D isorderly C onduct. Spencer Ankeny, 20, was cited and released for D isorderly C onduct and R esisting A rrest. V ictor B ryon E stes, 41, was arrested for DUII (BAC .08). J u n e 3: M CSO deputy cited Ronald Leach, 37, for V iolation o f the Speed Limit, 37 mph in a 25 mph zone. -MCSO deputy cited a juvenile for Failure to O bey T raffic C ontrol Device. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in H eppner o f finding a shotgun in his rental unit in Heppner. A deputy contact was requested. -MCSO deputy cited Miranda Mulliken, 22, for Failure to Use Seat Belt. -MCSO received a relayed report from a caller in Irrigon o f finding a pneumatic air wrench on her property. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a c aller in Irrigon regarding kids sleeping in his haystack and putting bails on the road (which he removed). Property was also found. -M C SO , Irrigon Clinic received a report from a caller in Boardman that a fem ale subject who was experiencing chest pains and numbness on her right side was en route to the Irrigon Clinic. -MCSO received a request for assistance from a c aller for a d isab led vehicle on 1-84 eastbound near Boardman. A female subject was alone. Action Towing was contacted. -MCSO received a walk-in request for assistant from a subject in Heppner for tenant problem s and harassment. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a c aller in Irrigon regarding two horses at a location in Irrigon showing neglect. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Irrigon that he sold a shed to a subject who didn’t pay and the caller is going to repossess the shed. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a caller in lone to assist with a dispute involving a female subject picking up property. -MCSO, Boardman Police D ept, receiv ed a rep o rt from a c aller in Boardm an that a fem ale subject hit a parked car across the street. It was a non-injury accident. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in Heppner that her daughter called her and reported a male subject had road rage. -MCSO received a report from a c aller in H erm iston that a repossessed house in Irrigon was com pletely stripped, including the cabinets. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in Irrigon of suspicious traffic in and out of a residence behind his business. The caller ju st saw a vehicle without plates or stickers go to the residence. -M C SO , H eppner ambulance received a report of a 10-year-old male in Heppner had a bike accident and had a possible broken leg. The p atien t was tran sp o rted to P ioneer M em orial H ospital in Heppner; his parents were notified. -MCSO received a relayed report from a caller that a female subject was kicked out of vehicle on I- 84/Patterson Ferry Road. The female said she was afraid for her life. An intoxicated male subject was driving the vehicle. A deputy advised a subject was with the female at the Potlatch treeline and the male subject pulled up but then drove off. Lloyd Alan Terpening, 42, was arrested for Contempt of Court/Violation of No Contact Order and cited for DUII-BAC Refusal, Driving while License Suspended- Violation. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a request for an ambulance from a caller in Boardman for an 88-year-old male who fell out of his wheelchair and hit his head. He refused transport. -MCSO received a report from a c aller in H eppner o f sm elling marijuana from next door. A deputy was unable to locate anything. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in H eppner o f sm elling marijuana from two vehicles parked in her driveway. A deputy was unable to locate anything. J u n e 4: M CSO received a relayed report from a caller in Boardman that a female subject locked herself in an apartment and may have been assaulted. There was a language barrier. It was determined there was no assault and all was okay. i -MCSO received a report from a c a lle r in B oardm an that a m ale subject was trying to enter her resid en ce. G erardo Castellano Gonzalez, 27, was arrested for Disorderly C onduct and D om estic Harassment. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that her dog apparently got out of her vehicle while at the store in H eppner yesterday. The dog was recovered and returned to its owner. -MCSO deputy cited Pam ela N eal, 40, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 37 mph in a 30 mph zone. -MCSO deputy was advised of vandalism done in the Irrigon City Park the previous night. -MCSO received a report from a c a lle r in Irrigon of windows being broken out of vehicles and buildings on the c a lle r’s property. -MCSO received a report from a c a lle r in Heppner that a male subject stole a pistol from him , hocked it and gave him a receipt for it. -MCSO received a relayed request for a deputy contact from a c aller in Irrigon reg ard in g the neighbor’s cat coming into her yard and attacking her. The caller was going to the do cto r today for the scratches and bites. -M CSO deputy relayed a report of a deer stuck in the canal near Desert Springs Estates west of Paul Smith Road. The deputy was assisted with the release of the deer. -MCSO received a request from a caller in lone for a drill to be run by. -M CSO deputy advised that contact was made by a su b ject at Columbia Middle School at Irrigon to report a theft from the northwest parking lot. -MCSO, Boardman Police D ept., B oardm an ambulance received a report of a volt box on a power line in B oardm an on fire. U m atilla Electric Co-Op was notified. -MCSO received a report of a motor vehicle accident on Main Street in Heppner. It was a non-injury, non-blocking accident. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Heppner of the theft of tools. -MCSO deputy cited Smokey Lee Hibbitts, 39, for No Seat B elt, C hild E ndangerm ent and No Operator’s License. -MCSO deputy cited a female juvenile for No Seat Belt. -MCSO deputy cited Jerry Carl Anderson, 22, for No Seat Belt. -MCSO received a report of a “fender-bender” in front of the Willow Creek Diner in Heppner. It was a non-injury, non-blocking accident. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Irrigon who found mail from Umatilla and Hermiston. -MCSO deputy cited Cipriano Vera, 50, for DUII (BAC .23), Driving while L icense Suspended- Violation and No Insurance. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, receiv ed a h a n g u p 911 from a residence in B oardm an. There was a language barrier. The su b ject w o u ld n ’t respond to questions. It was determined all was okay; there were kids playing with the phone. -M C SO , Irrigon ambulance received a report from a caller that her boat was sinking off the Irrigon Marina. They were bailing water. The boat was towed and all subjects were fine. -MCSO received a report of a possible DUII on Highway 730 eastbound. The vehicle pulled into the Irrigon 76 station. It was not a DUII. -MCSO deputy was flagged down in Irrigon by a fem ale subject who requested deputy contact regarding her husband. -MCSO received a report of a located runaway in Boardman. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone of a strange pickup parked near his residence. It was determined all was okay; it was kids playing around. -M C SO deputy arrested Oscar R. Cota, 24, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Suspended. He was released to appear. -MCSO deputy cited Jeremiah Roland Smith, 27, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. J u n e 5: M CSO , Irrigon ambulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon of a female subject involved in an ATV accident in Irrigon. She had a head injury. CPR was in progress. The p a tie n t started breathing. The patient was tra n sp o rte d to G ood Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO received a report of a burglary alarm at A.C. Houghton Elementary School in Irrigon. Deputies w ere unable to locate anyone. -MCSO received a report of a probable theft of anhydrous ammonia from a truck at MCGG in lone. -MCSO received a re p o rt from a c aller in H eppner th at a fem ale su b ject was o ff her m edication and took his vehicle without permission. Contact was made with the caller; he didn’t want the vehicle signed stolen and the fem ale subject had been driving with permission for a few months. Behavioral Health was contacted. -MCSO, Boardman P olice D ept, receiv ed a request for an officer contact from a c a lle r at the Boardman 76 station for an irate father w ith a child locked in the bathroom. -MCSO received a request for assistance from Oregon State Police for a w rong-w ay d riv er w estbound in the 1-84 eastb o u n d lane from milepost 179. Units were unable to locate the vehicle. -MCSO received a report from a caller at Irrigon Fam ily F oods o f an intoxicated male subject attem p tin g to buy m ore alcohol. The subject had a cut on the back of his head; he said he fell. He left in a white pickup. Arlington Methodist Church to hold auction The A rlington United Methodist Church is holding its annual auction at the dow ntow n mall in Arlington on Saturday, Sept. 25 beginning at 10 a.m. Events include a flea m arket, sile n t au ctio n , auction, bake sale and raffle. The auctioneer for the event will be Frank Bettencourt of Triad Auctioneers. A BBQ lunch will be served at noon. i
