The child was found by Hinton Creek near the fairgrounds and returned to parents. -MCSO, Boardman Police D ept, re c eiv e d a report o f a vehicle parked in the B oardm an S entry park in g lot w ith tw o Hispanic males who were very intoxicated and may be trying to buy more alcohol.
