whitewater raft trip down
the D eschutes R iver on
Sunday, Aug. 1. The six-
hour, 18-mile river trip is

begins at Harpham Flats

Participants will tackle a
series of Class III and IV
rap id s, including the
infamous Box Car, before
stopping at M aupin City

the elevator rapids. The final
five-mile stretch includes
