SIX - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, June 30, 2004 Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) re ports handling the following business: -M CSO cited Isidro Islas Sanchez, 29, for DUII (B A C .05), Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device and Failu re to D riv e w ithin Lane. The v e h ic le was impounded. -M C SO received a report from a caller that a truck was d riv in g westbound on 1-84 at mp 161 and was unable to maintain lane. -M C SO received a report from that there was an open door at the Heppner G a zette-T im es o ffic e in Heppner. The owner was contacted and the building was secured. -M CSO received a request from a ca ller in Umatilla for deputy contact regard in g retrievin g possession from a residence in Irrigon due to release agreement. -Boardm an PD received a report from a Boardman resident who was in Washington that her 14- year-old son was supposed to go to Boardman HS for bus to a track meet and never showed. The mother called back and advised her son had went to his grandparents in Boardman. -M C S O received a report from a c a lle r in Irrigon that Premiere Bank won’t stop calling her trying to contact a subject who does not live with her at that telephone number. -Boardm an PD re c e iv e d a report o f an audible alarm in Boardman. It was possible a fire alarm. It was determined to be a false alarm. -Boardm an PD received a 911 call from a payphone in Boardman. There was no one on the line. The vehicle then turned northbound on Patterson Ferry Road. -M CSO received a report from a ca ller in Irrigon that a 5-year-old neighbor boy hit her 3-year- old son on the back o f the head with a stick. There was minor injuries but the caller refused an ambulance. -M CSO received a report from Boardman 76 that a veh icle drove o f f without paying. The vehicle returned to pay. -M CSO received a report o f a possible DUII on 1-84. The v e h ic le was driving at erratic speeds and unable to maintain lane. The v e h ic le then took the Boardman exit. The vehicle was not located. -M CSO received a report o f a possible DUII. The d riv e r was refused service at the Irrigon 76 Station and had trouble driving in the parking lot. The vehicle was parked at a residence. -M CSO received a report that a horse was loose in Irrigon. A second caller also advised o f the same thing. The owner retrieved the horse. -M CSO received a report from a ca ller in Irrigon that a fam ily was fighting next door. There was about 12 or 13 people in v o lv e d and it was unknown i f they had weapons. -M CSO received a report from Portland PD that Lisa Luan Ammee, 41, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay F ine/D rivin g w h ile Suspended. -Boardm an PD received a request for officer contact regarding possible harassment. A p r il 12: M CSO , Boardm an ambulance received a request for an ambulance from a caller in Boardman for a 61 -year-old female who had lost the use o f her legs and had fallen twice. -M CSO received a report from a ca ller in Irrigon that his neighbor’s dogs are g o in g on his property and k illin g his animals; neighbors are also throwing garbage on his property. J O H N ’S P L A C E M A IN STREET, HEPPNER -M C SO received a report from a c a lle r in Irrigon that her boyfriend’s car was broken into last night and the stereo was stolen. -M C SO received a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Hardman regarding filling a complaint on the caller’s mother. -M CSO received a report from a subject that that someone broke into his vehicle at the Irrigon Marina and stole a pair o f binoculars. -M C S O , Irrigon am bulance rec e iv e d a request for an ambulance from a caller in Irrigon for a 41-year-old male subject who was having a seizure. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -M CSO received a report from a c a lle r in Heppner o f two juveniles racing through a residential area. -M CSO received a report from Umatilla County that Robert Wade Eastep, 43, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant fo r Failure to Pay Fine/ D rivin g w h ile L icen se Suspended. -M CSO received a report o f a burnt-out vehicle abandoned in Potlatch. It was determined the vehicle was stolen out o f Morrow County. -M CSO received a report o f a stray dog in the Boardman Sentry parking lot. The owner came for the dog. -M CSO received a request for information from a c a lle r on the laws regarding dogs chasing cattle. -M CSO received a report from a ca ller in Irrigon o f five Hispanic male ju v e n ile s , one with a baseball bat, walking along a street. -M CSO received a request for a deputy contact from a caller regarding a c iv il problem with her husband. -MCSO, Boardman P o lic e Dept, o ffic e rs arrested Fred Eugene Stephens Jr., 44, on a M o rro w C ounty C ircu it Court warrant for Failure to A p p e a r/ H a ra s s m e n t- Physical. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO received a report from a c a lle r in Heppner that a door has been rem oved from a vehicle below his residence. -M CSO received a report from a c a lle r in Irrigon o f an eighth grader driving a vehicle. -M C S O deputy reported a tw o -v e h ic le motor vehicle accident in fron t o f the Boardman Sentry. The Boardman ambulance was dispatched. Transport was refused. A male juvenile was cited for Disobeying Traffic Control Device. -MCSO, Boardman P o lic e Dept, rec e iv e d a report o f a burglar alarm at the Bank o f Eastern Oregon in Boardman. It was determined to be a false alarm. -M CSO received a report from a c a lle r in Heppner o f a dog above his residence barking. -M C S O , O regon State Police, Boardman Fire Dept., Boardman ambulance received a report from a caller in Boardman that her sister set a house on fire with her and children inside.
