Em ily Key defeated M andy Scott, 8-1. M cCabe and Key team ed up against M cM urray and Scott, defeating the Helix duo, 8-1. W illiam Wehrli easily defeated M adeline Winn, 8-1. Robert M cElligott and Ben Strickland were evenly matched with McElligott pulling out the 9-8 victory, with an 8- 6 tie breaker score. Taylor M cElligott played a close m atch against Zach Agee, posting a 9-7 win against Helix. Johnny C ollin and Paul N eiffer paired up to defeat Zach A gee and Ben Strickland, 8-3. Taylor M cElligott was unable to post a win against Hum phrey but surprised his Condon opponent by taking four gam es before the m atch was over. Billy Ross defeated Janet M cElligott 8-5. William Wehrli defeated Heather Lopez, 8-5. In double action, Brian Bunch and Taylor McElligott lost their first match against Conlee/Mitchell o f M ac Hi, 1-8. M cElligott/Bunch then played against Rico/W hite of Umatilla, losing their final match, 2-8. Paul Neiffer and Johnny Collin had a slim lead against their first opponents, M artinez/ Young of Riverside, but lost two consecutive games, allowing the Boardman team to take a 4-5 lead and then thq 8-6 victory. N eiffer/C ollin then handed U reno/M cC ullough o f W eston • M c E w e n an 8-5 lo ss to a d v a n c e to th e c o n s o la tio n champioaship. Neiffer/Collin posted a 4-8 loss against Rico/White of ' U m atilla. Tyler R aible defeated R obertson o f W eston McEwen, 8-6. Raible then played West from Pendleton, losing the m atch, 7-9. R aible then squared o ff against R outson o f Umatilla, losing the final match, 6-8. Takom Khempila placed second in m en’s singles. Takom first defeated K ennedy from W eston M cE w en, 8-2. K hem pila then defeated Mac H i’s Fleming 8-6 to advance to the quarter finals. Takom handed Bryan Eddy o f U m atilla, a 1-6, 6-1, 6-1, loss.
