She was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M CSO received a h an g -u p 911 call from a location in Boardman. The phone was busy on call-back. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with a hold placed for Morrow County. M a rc h 10: M CSO received a report o f an alarm at a residence in Irrigon. The owner was en route. The vehicle was impounded. -M CSO received a report from a caller with Mid- Columbia Bus Company in Irrigon that his window was broken out of his vehicle while parked last night in the bus b arn in Irrig o n . He also rep o rted that som eone is sneaking under the fence and messing with equipment on their lot. -M CSO received a request for a records check from the Confederate Tribes o f th e U m a tilla In d ian R eserv atio n on a fem ale subject. No locals were found. -M CSO received a report from a caller at Boise C a sc a d e In d u s trie s in Boardman of an attempted break-in at their shop/office complex last night; nothing appears stolen. He reported that they have begun having problems with poachers also. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that she needed a ride to a shelter. She had been involved in a verbal dispute and the male subject left with her 5- year-old son in a vehicle. There was no one to take her to a shelter. -M CSO received a request for a deputy contact from Dept, of Human Services in Boardman. -B oardm an P olice Dept, o fficer cited Daryl Clayton Frederickson, 47, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 50 mph in a 30 mph zone. -M C S O , O reg o n State Police received a report of a disabled semi with doubles on 1-84 eastbound, milepost 153. It w as not blocking traffic. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon of an on-going problem with a pit bull at large. The dog was turned over to a city worker. -MCSO deputy cited Victor Hurtado, 19, for No O perator’s License. M aria Hurtado, 39, was cited for Permitting Unlawful Operation of Vehicle. -M CSO received a re p o rt fro m a c a lle r in Boardman that his vehicle, located off Tower Road, had the windows broken out. -M CSO received a request for a deputy contact from a caller in H eppner regarding a m ale subject d am a g in g p ro p e rty and refusing to leave. The subject was not at the location upon deputy arrival. -M CSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that several subjects outside his residence had throw n an object through his window. Units were unable to locate the subjects. -M C S O d ep u ty received a report of a vehicle stolen from a location in H ep p n er. A t A tte m p t to Locate was issued. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Heppner of a barking dog in the vicinity of her home. M a rc h 12: MCSO deputy arrested a subject for D U II. T h e v e h ic le w as impounded. -M CSO received a report o f juveniles drinking alcohol at a location in Irrigon. The caller saw two juveniles o u tsid e o f the resid en c e drinking beer and intoxicated. A deputy was unable to locate anyone. -MCSO deputy cited a su b ject fo r D iso rd erly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. An ambulance was requested to respond for the subject for cuts on the head. The subject refused transport. -M CSO received a report from ODOT that they received a report of two dead deer blocking both lanes on I- 84 eastbound milepost 170. O D O T req u ested M CSO respond if possible. -MCSO deputy cited Andres Alonso, 53, for Driving Uninsured. -M CSO received a request for information from Action Towing regarding the registered ow ner and lien holder o f two vehicles. The information was located and faxed. -M C S O , Irrig o n ambulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon that his 8 0 -y e a r-o ld w ife w as incoherent. The patient was tra n s p o rte d to G ood Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -M CSO received a report from a caller at Mid- C olum bia Bus Com pany, Boardman, that a vehicle with two young males acted like they were going to hit a school bus yesterday in Irrigon. -M C S O , O regon State Police received a report from a caller of a track with a possibly tired driver on 1-84 eastbound, milepost 159. -M CSO received a request for a records check from U.S. Investigations on a male subject. There was no local record of the subject; results were faxed. -M CSO received a re p o rt from a c a lle r in Lexington of four mean dogs loose in Lexington. It was not known who the owner is. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that her neighbor’s house was broken into last night. -M CSO received a report from F orest G rove Police Dept, that Kathleen E lain e P fe iffe r, 54, w as arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while License Suspended.
