A dep uty w as unable to locate the horse. -M C SO deputy cited Patricia Lessard Stelz, 43, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 77 m ph in a 55 mph zone. -M C S O receiv ed a report that a 58-year-old fe male experiencing sweating, a tingling sensation and dizziness was being transported by pri vate vehicle to the hospital. Pioneer Memorial Hospital in H eppner was notified. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that her horse was missing. (A few hours later, the horse was found.) -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact in H eppner regarding a custo dy issue. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Umatilla regarding a fender-bender she had earlier at the Irrigon 76 station. -M C SO , Irrigon am bulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a 9-year- old boy with the tip o f his fin ger cut off. N o transport was made. -M C SO , Boardm an Police Dept, received a report o f a su sp icio u s vehicle in Irrigon that w as parked near the caller’s residence all night. T he caller requested a check on the vehicle. -M C S O d e p u ty served a restraining order to a fem ale subject in Boardm an; the subject was assisted leav Wednesday, February 18, 2004 ing a residence with her four children. -M C S O receiv ed a re q u e s t fo r a s s is ta n c e in H eppner for a lock-out o f a vehicle. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a burglary/theft in Irrigon. The caller had been gone for several weeks. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f an audible burglar alarm at a residence in Irrigon. It was determined to be a false alarm. -M C SO receiv ed a hang-up 911 call; the line was busy on call-back. It was de termined to be juveniles on the phone. -M C SO receiv ed a request for a deputy contact from a couple regarding their son. -M C S O d e p u ty served a stalking order to a male subject. -M C SO receiv ed a report o f a boating accident with people in the water, op posite the Irrigon M arina. A female patient was transport ed to G ood Shepherd M edi cal Center in Hermiston. -M C SO , Boardm an Fire Dept, received a report o f a large brush fire south o f I- 84 e a s tb o u n d n e a r th e Boardman rest area. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller that a ve hicle hit a deer on H ighw ay 207 south o f H ardm an. The vehicle was not drivable and the ow ner was requesting a private tow. L o o slie’s was contacted. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f a male subject threatening a female subject in a vehicle in Boardman. An officer was un able to locate the subjects. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon o f loud m usic at Idaho/Park Place in Irrigon. It was deter m ined to be a karaoke party for kids who had perm ission to be there. The music would be o ff at 10 p.m. -M C S O dep u ty re ported a disabled vehicle in Irrigon. The vehicle was stuck then pulled out and w ould be tem porarily parked at B ake’s overnight. -M C SO deputy cited Alex Luis A hum ada, 18, for D riving w hile License S us pended-Violation and No In surance. The vehicle was im pounded. S e p t. 2 1 : M C S O , Boardm an Police Dept, re ceived a hang-up 911 call from a location in Boardman. There was a Spanish-speaking male subject on call-back; dispatch was unable to confirm the sit uation. Officers were unable to determine the caller’s identity and several subjects had ac cess to the phone. It was de termined to be unfounded. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon o f five Hispanic males hanging around a residence w hile a vehicle circled around the block. A deputy was unable to locate the subjects. -M C S O rec e iv e d a re p o rt o f a lo u d p a rty in Irrigon. The residents w ere ad v ised to k eep the no ise down. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a c a ller at the Boardman Chevron that a ve hicle used a card that was re jected then drove off; it was possibly unintentional. -M C S O receiv ed a w a lk -in r e p o r t to th e Boardm an Police Dept, from a subject in B oardm an w ho cam e hom e and found his house b urglarized and p rop erty taken. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller w ho saw a buck with an arrow through the bridge o f his nose. The buck was near K inzua M ill. T he gam e trooper had been looking for the buck for tw o I days. M CSO deputy had per mission to put the buck down if he was found. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from a caller in H eppner re garding his dog possibly being hung. The dog died. The dog strangled on a chain entangled with garbage and debris in the yard. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e D ept, o ffic e r c ite d P a b lo M oralas-Sanchez, 22, for No O p e ra to r’s License and No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. -M C SO , Boardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller at the Boardman T exaco statio n th a t a van drove off without paying. The subjects returned and paid. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from the U m atilla Po lice Dept, that Jason C. Jones, 21, w as arrested on a M or row C ou n ty C ircu it C ourt warrant for Failure to Appear/ Burglary II, Theft III, and on m u ltip le w a rra n ts o u t o f U m a tilla C ounty. H e w as lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO received at A ttem pt to Locate from the Um atilla County Corrections C enter for a male subject that was taken to the hospital for a health complaint, then walked away. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report from a caller o f a vehicle driv ing erratically on 1-84 w est bound. A nother report about the vehicle was also received. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Irrigon regard ing an unknown problem; the caller stated she wanted to go to Tigard and wants m ore at tention. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer cited Cristoforo Lopez Lopez, 24, for Driving while License Suspended Vi olation. -M C SO deputy cited R enya R am os D elgado, 29, for N o O p erato r’s License, No Insurance; and cited Maria Ram os D elgado, 32, for Per mitting Unlawful Operation of Vehicle. The vehicle was im pounded. -M C S O dep u ty re ported four girls at the Irrigon A ssistance C enter in Irrigon kicking a tree. T here was no damage. The girls were taken home. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact in Irrigon regarding harassing phone calls. S e p t. 2 2 : M C SO d e p u ty c ite d L u c a s A llen Grigsby, 23, for Driving while License Suspended Violation. -M C S O d ep u ty a r r e s te d John B ra n d o n Paradiso, 25, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Fail ure to A ppear/D riving while License Suspended; several Umatilla County warrants and a City o f Pendleton w arrant. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C S O receiv ed a report from A m erican Lend ers Service that a vehicle was repossessed from a location in Irrigon. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that her wallet was stolen from in front o f Bake’s. -M C S O receiv ed a request from the FB I-N ICS for a disposition on a subject regarding a 1990 case. The case had been shredded; FBI- NICS was notified. -M C S O received a request for inform ation from A ctio n Tow on reg istered owners o f towed vehicles. The information was faxed. -M C S O received a report that a stolen vehicle had been recovered. -M C S O received a report from a caller in Heppner that the paper lady almost ran her off the road. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer responded to a location in Boardman for a dis turbance. Mike James Wilson. 47, was cited for C rim inal Trespass. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that her ex-husband let the air out of her tires. The report was referred to U C SO as it was their jurisdiction. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that her n eighbor’s dogs are still barking. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that tw o m ale H ispanic su b jects were fighting outside. Deputies were unable to locate the subjects. -M C SO deputy cited a male subject for N o O pera to r’s License. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m a c a l l e r in Boardm an that he w as m iss ing 5-6 sheep. -M C S O re c e iv e d a 911 call from a location in H eppner w ith back g ro u n d noise indicating a disturbance. The male and female subjects were separated for the night. -M C S O d ep u ty a r rested M ike Bennett, 35, for H arassm ent. He w as co n d i tionally released by the DA with a court date. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a vehicle in a field on Baseline Road out of lone. The vehicle would be at that loca tion during the night. Sept. 23: Boardman Po lice Dept, officer cited Joshua L eigh K oertje, 21, fo r No O perator’s License. -M C S O rec e iv e d a relayed report that the irriga tion ditch was flooding the road on the south end o f Paul Smith Road near Kunze Road in Boardman. West Extension Irrigation was notified. -M C SO , B oardm an Fire Dept, received a report from a caller at B oardm an C hevron o f a vehicle on fire behind the building. There was sm oke only; no flam es were visible. -M C S O rec e iv e d a relayed report that the light w as out at the substation on the com er o f Bombing Range a n d W ils o n r o a d s in Boardman. Um atilla Electric was notified. -M C SO deputy cited M aria Socorro O rozco, 51, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 75 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Irrigon for her daughter regarding questions about expected service from a mechanic. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report regarding six goats run ning loose across Main Street in B oardm an in front o f the market. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact in Boardman regarding a wel fare c h eck on the c a lle r ’s brother. - M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report from a caller on 1-84 w est bound that she pulled over and now her daughter w on’t get back in the car. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller that a male subject took his daughter with him and left in a vehicle possi bly en route to a residence in Heppner. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner o f several ju veniles w alking tow ards the creek. T he ju v e n iles sh o u ld have been in school. T he ju v en iles w ere ta k e n to H e p p n e r H ig h School. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a burglar alarm at a residence in Irrigon. It was d eterm in ed the alarm w as caused by a cat; all was okay. -M C S O rec e iv e d a relayed report of a big-hom ed i sheep on the Bombing Range near Wilson Road. -M C S O r e c e iv e d several reports o f a grass fire in the median on 1-84. The fire w as out o f districts’ jurisdic tion. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer cited John E d ward Webb, 34, for Failure to Use Seatbelt. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that there was a badger in her yard and she co u ld n ’t go through the front door. The badger was put down. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that her residence had been burglarized during the day. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in lone that his wife is intoxicated and out o f control. She left, but was stopped at the lone E lem en tary School. Barbara Jo Rea, 38, was arrested for DUII. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report from the m anager o f Country Garden Estates that a tenant’s windows were broken out and there w ere broken beer bot tles all over the road. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a disabled vehicle on the side o f the road betw een Heppner and Buttercreek, and a male subject walking. Adep- uty w as unable to locate the subject. S ep t. 24: Boardm an Police Dept, officer found six loose sheep in Boardman. The ow ner was contacted. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report o f a big-homed sheep causing a hazard on 1-84 eastbound. The possible ow ner was con tacted and he w ould attem pt to locate the sheep. -M C SO rec e iv e d a request from a caller in L ex ington to locate his father re garding a fam ily emergency. The father was camping. The caller was given the phone num bers to several cam p ar eas and to U C SO . -M CSO deputy cited C arlos Leon Torres, 28, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 75 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C SO rec e iv e d a report from a caller who found a goat on W illow Creek Road near the B lake’s Ranch turn off. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact from a caller in H eppner re garding a subject sleeping dow n by the creek near Gale Street. -M C S O receiv ed a request for an ambulance from a caller at the Boardman west bound rest area for a male sub jec t having chest pains and shortness o f breath. The pa tient was transported to Good Shepherd M edical C enter in Hermiston. -M C S O dep u ty a r rested Jody Lea H endricks, 31, on M orrow C ounty C ir cuit Court warrant for Failure to A ppear/M anufacture/D e- livery o f a C ontrolled Sub stance Sch. I, Possession o f a Controlled Substance II, Fail ure to Pay Fine/Driving while L icense S uspended, and a Parole Violation warrant. She w as lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. -M C S O receiv ed a report from the H erm iston Police Dept, that Larry D ou glas Prock, 42, w as arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court w arrant for F ailure to Pay Fine/Criminal Trespass II. -M C S O receiv ed a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in Boardman that someone north o f the canal was shooting a h ig h -p o w e re d rifle so u th across the canal. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police, Boardm an Po lice Dept, received a report from a caller that tw o young male subjects at the Boardman Chevron exited a vehicle with a beer in hand. O fficers were unable to locate the subjects. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from the H erm iston P o lic e D ept, th at Jo h n E. Stam ate, 37, w as arrested on a M orrow C o u n ty C ircu it C ourt w arrant for F ailure to Appear/Harassment-Physical. Per H erm iston Police Dept, request, he w as cited and re leased. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from the G rants Pass Police Dept, that C linton E. Springer, 21, w as arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court w ar rant for Failure to A ppear/ Reckless Burning, and an ad ditional felony w arrant from State Parole. He was lodged at the Josephine County Jail. S e p t. 25: M C SO re ceived a report o f an audible burglar alarm at the B ank o f Eastern Oregon ATM machine in lone. A deputy advised ev erything was secure and there w as no one around. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact in Irrigon regarding a theft of gasoline and a stereo from a pickup, w hich occurred sev eral days prior. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from the Irrigon Justice C ourt regarding a stolen gun report from the day before. The information was at the UC office. -M C SO deputies cit ed A nthony D ean Bow m an, 39, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 36 m ph in a 20 m ph zone, School Zone, Vehicle required CDL. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for deputy assistance from a caller in Irrigon regard ing recovering a bicycle from the neighbor’s residence; the bicycle was stolen approxi m ately tw o days ago. -M C SO deputies cit ed John Joseph H om er, Jr., 56, for Driving while License Suspended-M isdemeanor and Driving Uninsured. The vehi cle was impounded. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request to contact the Irrigon C ity Hall to advise o f a stray dog to be picked up. -M C S O , O r e g o n State Police received a report from a caller at the Lexington Shell station that a fully load ed log truck did n ’t appear to be hitched correctly; the trail e r w as traveling into the o n coming lane. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f 5-6 goats near 1-84 th a t c ro sse d th e freew ay , causing a hazard. The possi ble ow ner w as left m essages and B oardm an Police D ept, advised. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police and Tri C om m received a report o f a suspi cious mid-size passenger plane flying very low to the Colum bia River headed east. The in formation was relayed. -M C SO deputy cited M ichelle L. Smith, 32, for N o O p e ra to r’s L icense and N o Insurance. T he vehicle was impounded. -M C SO deputy cited M atthew M cA llister, 24, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 75 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C S O , O re g o n S ta te P o lic e , Irrig o n F ire Dept., Irrigon am bulance re ceived a report o f a semi-truck accident on Highway 730. The semi, loaded with onions, was in the ditch. It w as a non- blocking accident. No trans port was m ade. -M C S O d e p u ty found a bicycle at the form er H eppner pool. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f kids w alking in the street on their w ay to school in the mornings. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that her home was burglarized earlier in the day.
