came in with an infected dog
bite.

for an ambulance from a caller

intoxicated 48-year-old female
with a cut ear. The female had
passed out. Transport was
refused.

Central Red Apple Market in
Heppner of two male subjects
fighting on Main Street in front
o f the B ank o f E astern
Oregon.

PD received multiple reports
o f a motor vehicle accident
involving multiple vehicles in a
rollover accident. A tractor fell
off o f a trailer, blocking the
slow lane o f traffic on 1-84
eastbound. Two patients were

report from the Clackamas
County Sheriff’s Office that
Jeremy William Garcia, 25,
was arrested on an Irrigon
Justice Court warrant for
Failure to Appear/Possession
o f Less than O ne Oz.
Marijuana. He was lodged at
the Clackamas County Jail.

received a report from the
Hermiston PD that Mario
O lguin Sanchez, 21, was
arrested for an Irrigon Justice
Court warrant for Failure to
Appear/Harassment. He was
cited and released to appear
in court.

PD and FD received a report
o f a fire alarm at Logan
International in Boardman. The
call w as can celled and
reported several times. It was
determined to be an alarm
malfunction.

received a report o f a brush
fire in Irrigon near a boat. The
fire was determined to have
been started by a power pole
transformer.

ambulance received a request
for an ambulance in Boardman
for an 88-year-old female who
had labored breathing. The
patient was transported to
G ood Shepherd M edical
Center in Hermiston.
-MCSO received a
report o f burglar alarm at the
night drop at Klamath First
Bank in Heppner. It was
determined to be a false alarm.

of a truck pulling a horse trailer
passing dangerously at high
speeds.

request for a deputy contact
from a caller in Boardman
regarding a truck pulling a
farm implement that blew out
the window on his van just
prior to Boardman.

in Irrigon regarding three
juveniles (possible ages five,
six and eight) in a friend’s
house she is watching.

a 60-year-old female who had
fallen down the stairs. The
patient was transported to

report o f several juveniles
riding their bikes in lanes of
traffic near the Irrigon Post
Office.

730 just east o f 1-84.

Police Dept, received a report
o f an alarm at a location in
Boardman. It was determined
to be a false alarm.

report from OSP of a possible
DUII headed westbound on
Highway 730 from Irrigon.

vehicle in Heppner; the plates
did not match the return of the
vehicle, but the vehicle was
parked and a driver not seen
operating the vehicle. The
vehicle had ju s t been
purchased. The plates were
seized.

from a caller in Boardman of
a stray dog in the area.

street in Heppner. It was
determined to be a TV cable.

Heppner; call-back was not
possible due to static and a
busy sig n al. A deputy
checked; the phone line had
been stretched to the resi
dence and spliced but was ly
ing in water. No one was at
the residence.

vehicle almost ran the caller off
the road on Highway 74 to the

on Highway 74 that a male
subject was hanging around
her residence; she followed
him to Cecil.

blocking a driveway. The ve
hicle was moved prior to the
deputy’s arrival.

in progress at the Sandpipers
Apts, in Boardman. David
Lopez-Perez, 20, was arrest
ed for Assault IV and lodged
at the Umatilla County Jail.

Boardman o f a male subject
in his late 40s who was possi
bly having a heart attack. The
patient was transported to
Good Shepherd Medical Cen
ter in Hermiston.

ing rocks at the caller’s vehi
cle. The caller called back and
said he talked to the juveniles’
parents and an officer contact
was not needed.

bark 24-hours a day.

that a female subject came into
her house and hit her 1 -year-
old. The subject also has a re
straining order against her. Patti
Elizabeth Conteras, 27, was

Restraining Order Violation.
She was lodged at the Umatilla
County Jail.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
that a married couple was
fighting again. The caller ad
vised it was a verbal argument

and several children inside.

of several subjects in the alley

ing an argument.

with breathing difficulties. No

deputy cited a male subject for
Violation of the Basic Rule, 52
mph in a 35 mph zone.
-MCSO received a
request that dispatch call a res
idence in lone and request the
owner quiet down his dog that
had been barking all night. No
one answered the phone and
a message was left.
-MCSO received a
report o f a vehicle on 1-84
westbound passing a vehicle
and a semi on the right shoul
der o f the freeway at speeds
o f 90+ mph. The vehicle took
the Irrigon 168 exit.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Tangent,
OR that she left her wallet at
the MCGG C onvenience
Store in Lexington. A phone
number was requested so she
could call the store herself.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller that his girl
friend was going to call
MCSO and report he assault
ed her; a female was heard
yelling in the background. A
caller called back from a lo
cation in Lexington reporting
her father’s girlfriend is assault

plaint. The caller had already
contacted the owner o f the
dog on several occasions and
now wanted to sign a citation.
