State Police received a request
for contact in Irrigon regarding
a f o u r - w h e e le r tr e s p a s s
complaint for a female subject.

C ontrolled Substance, Less
than One Oz. M arijuana.

report from a subject that a
female subject told him that he
h it h e r c a r a t H u w e ’s
W ashboard and then left. The
caller advised he did not hit her
car and there is no dam age to
his car.

report from a caller in Irrigon
that her husband assaulted her
and her daughter. The parties
were separated and outside o f
the residence. Tim othy Jones
w as arrested for H arassm ent
a n d A ssa u lt IV D o m e stic
Felony. He was released on his
own recognizance and advised
not to return to the residence
or have contact with his wife
and children.

Tow received a report from a
caller on 1-84 that her vehicle
had a flat tire.

Police Dept, received a report
from a caller on 1-84 that a
vehicle tried to run a semi o ff
the road and the driver was
waving a gun at him and other
d r iv e r s . A s e c o n d c a lle r
advised that the driver was
wielding a crowbar. The driver
w as stopped at B oardm an
Foods and cited for Reckless
Driving.

relayed request for a deputy
contact in Irrigon regarding a
b r o k e n w in d o w a t th e
residence.

report from a caller in Irrigon
that her w allet w as stolen at
Huwe’s Washboard in Irrigon.

Behavioral Health contact the
caller’s m other in Boardman.
The m other has a substance
abuse problem with pills and
has severe depression. She
also slapped her grandson
h ard a cro ss the face. T he
children w ere rem oved and
Behavioral Health contacted.

h a n g -u p 911 c a ll fro m a
residence in Irrigon. Dispatch
could hear a fem ale subject
say something in Spanish. On
c a ll-b a c k , a m ale su b je c t
advised that there w as “no
p r o b le m h e r e .” It w a s
determ ined all was okay.
J u n e 10: Boardm an
Police Dept, officer arrested
C u a u th e m o c C a ld e r o n -
V idales, 30, on an Irrigon
Ju stic e C o u rt w a rra n t for
Failure to Pay Fine/D riving
while License Suspended and
cited for Violation o f the Basic
Rule, 52 mph in a 30 mph zone
and D riving w hile License
Suspended Infraction. He was
cited and released.

report from Lexington A uto
B o d y th a t an im p o u n d e d
vehicle was removed from the
impound lot. The vehicle was
entered as signed stolen.

report from a caller that stolen
c h e c k s w e re w r itte n to
Brow n’s Auto in Irrigon.

E r n e s t M c C a b e , 7 8 , fo r
Failure to W ear Seatbelt.

r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in
B o a rd m a n o f a p o s s ib le
restraining order violation.

Fire Dept, received a report
o f a m achine fire at the chip
facility at Tidewater Terminal.
-M C S O receiv ed a
re p o rt from a c a lle r w ho
requested assistance in getting
her ex-boyfriend to leave her
residence. He was intoxicated
and refusing to leave. Oregon
State Police responded.

subject with chest pains.

for an am bulance for a 70-
year-old female in Boardman
w ho had fallen and co u ld n ’t
get up. Transport was refused.

a female juvenile for Failure to
Use Seatbelt and Endangering
a Child Passenger.

report from a caller in heppner
that her vehicle was stolen on
Sunday m orning. The caller
had a possible suspect.

o f an audible alarm. An officer
was unable to locate anyone.

Health received a report from
a caller at Boardman Chevron of
an unwanted subject causing a
disturbance. Keith Leslie McKee,
46, was arrested for Disorderly
Conduct, Harassment, Driving
w hile L icense S uspended-
Infraction and No Insurance.
The vehicle was towed.

report that an RV w as out o f
fuel on 1-84. Devin’s Tow was
dispatched.

Williams, 32, was arrested on
a M orrow C o u n ty C ircu it

A p p e a r /P o s s e s s io n o f a
C ontrolled Substance II. He
w as alread y lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.

from a caller that her cousin
called her and w as having
trouble breathing and m ay
need a ride to the hospital. The
cousin w as contacted and he
advised he was fine and didn’t
need an ambulance.

o f a residential burglar alarm
in B oardm an. The residence
w as secure; it w as a false
alarm.

State Police received a report
from a caller in Irrigon that a
m a le s u b je c t a s s a u lte d a
female subject. Michael Orville
G underson, 42, was arrested
fo r D o m e s tic A s s a u lt- C
Felony. H e was conditionally
released for m edical reasons.

report from the O regon State
Police that a male subject was
arrested on an Irrigon Justice
C ourt w arrant for Failure to
Appear/Driving while License
Suspended. He w as cited and
released.

report from a caller in Irrigon
that his residence and pickup
had been egged/painted. The
caller stated there was an on-
g o in g p ro b le m ; p o s s ib le
suspects were named.

report from a caller in Irrigon
o f a puppy found. The Pet
Rescue num ber was given to
the caller.

o f a vehicle going 80+ mph on
1-84, going past the Highway
730junction.

a llama loose on Kunze Road.
The ow ner was contacted and
the llama taken home.

o f a sw arm o f bees in their
garage. The caller w as given
the num ber o f a beekeeper.

“bashing” mail boxes along a
street in Irrigon. The subjects
were located. Frank Battaglia,
24, w as arrested for Crim inal
M ischief II, Resisting Arrest
and D isorderly C onduct. He
was lodged at the U m atilla
County Jail. A Jeremy Sherrer,
18, w as cited for C rim inal
M ischief II. A nother subject
was also listed.

report from a caller that his ex-
w ife hit him and threw rocks
at his vehicle when he went to
pick up his daughter in Irrigon.
A deputy was unable to locate
the subject and an A ttem pt to
Locate was issued.

Police Dept, officer arrested
Juan Alfredo Lopez Baras, 28,
for DUII (B A C .08).

report from a caller in Irrigon
o f a loud party. The party was
located and the m usic turned
down.

rested Amanda R. Grigsby, 21,
for Assault IV-Domestic for an
incident that occurred on June
14. She w as lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.
