was rem oved.

her cell phone was recovered.

pick it up.

sure if it was dead.

mined all was okay.

trolled fire that was out o f con
trol and was advancing toward

put out the fire.

problem with a student.

and released.

quest for an officer contact
regarding the caller’s girlfriend
w ho w as kicking him in the
face and then out o f the house.
It w as determ ined the caller
w as in violation o f a no con
tact order with the subjects in
the house. The caller was ar
rested on V iolation o f a No
C ontact O rder and lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail.

abandoned 911 call from a
residence in H eppner; dis
patch could hear a female sub
je c t yelling at a m ale subject
before the phone hung up. It
was a verbal disturbance.

Security Alert advising a threat
level dow n from a H igh O r
ange to an Elevated Yellow.

Fire Dept, received a relayed
report o f flames com ing from
under a vehicle on 1-84 w est

out o f the vehicle. The A rm y

vehicle.
