EIGHT- Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Sheriff's Report T he M orrow C ou n ty Sheriff's Office (MCSO) re ports handling the following business: -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a non-injury, non- b lo c k in g m o to r v e h ic le accident at the Shell Station in Boardman. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f people filming from the o v e rp a ss on P atterso n Ferry Road. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in B oardm an th at a b urglary occurred som etim e today. -M C S O received an anonymous call stating that the caller had pulled a vehicle out that had gotten stuck on the 21 ro a d n e a r th e T u p p e r Forest S ervice C am p. T he vehicle had knocked dow n a sign, possibly speed limit sign. T h e F o r e s t S e r v ic e w a s advised. -M C SO received an anonymous call reporting two young children, about 2 and 4, w e re lo c k e d o u t o f th e ir r e s id e n c e a t th e W e a ry Traveler Motel by the parents. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon o f two male subjects at the old Haynes place. -M C S O c ite d a subject for N o O p e ra to r’s License and Failure to Signal. -M C S O c ite d a subject for V iolation o f the Basic Rule, 83 m ph in a 55 mph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that his friend had called him and advised that his boat had hit a piling and broke his mass at A rlington near the grain elevators. He was unable to get the boat out and the water is really rough. O SP advised they were bringing a boat from Arlington to help the boater. Wednesday, September 17, 2003 -M C S O receiv ed a r e p o r t fro m D e s e rt H o t Springs, CA, that they located a stolen vehicle. M a y 19: M C S O received a report o f a baby c a lf out on Hw y 74 at mp 38. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a theft o f two rings from the c a lle r’s residence. The theft occurred between May 12 and 13. C a lle r had a p o ssib le suspect. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for deputy contact regarding renters he w anted served w ith eviction papers w ho w here to be out by the 17™. The ren te rs’ personal items were still at the residence and the caller had been unable to m ake c o n ta c t w ith the renters. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for deputy contact from a c a lle r in H e p p n e r regarding a sick cat that came to his shop. Public Works was notified. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a c a ller o f an U nlaw ful U se o f a M otor V e h ic le th a t o c c u r r e d sometime the previous night. -M C S O receiv ed a report that test sirens were accidentally set off. N o test was in progress. -M CSO cited Ronald Linn W ilhelm , 46, was cited for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 78 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a vehicle traveling at excessive speeds on Bombing Range road. -M C S O c ite d T im othy W ayne Ju d d , 18, Aaron David Luek, 18, Keith A a ro n In m a n , 2 2 , a n d a ju v en ile for Failure to W ear Seatbelts. -M C S O rec e iv e d a relayed 911 call from Irrigon reporting that a ju v en ile had throw n rocks at her car. The juvenile was spoken with. -M C S O a r r e s te d B obby G Burgess, 37, on an IJC w arrant for F ailure to A p p e a r /D r iv in g w h ile Suspended. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that the caller’s son-in-law saw a dead deer on 1-84. -M C SO was arrested Timothy Jean Connor, 36, for Unlawtul Sexual Penetration I. He was lodged at UC Jail, but posted bail and was released to appear. May 20: M CSO received a report from a caller that he had ju s t hit a tree approximately three miles from the entrance to the D airy o ff Tow er Road. T here w ere no injuries and the accident was not blocking the road. -M C S O receiv ed a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in B o a rd m a n th at a th eft o f e le c tric a l c a b le o c c u rre d possibly on Sunday. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon o f possible shotgun fire and a w o m a n s c re a m in g in an unknow n location near his re s id e n c e . D e p u tie s w ere u n a b le to lo c a te a n y disturbance. -M C S O receiv ed a r e p o r t fro m H o m e la n d S ecu rity that the N ational T hreat C ondition Level had been raised to High (orange). -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from the Social Security Adm inistration that a subject w ho is residing in C alifornia receiving benefits also has a w arran t out on them from M C S O . T h e w a r r a n t is currently only state-w ide in Oregon. -M C S O receiv ed a rep o rt fro m W e ste rn International R ecovery that th e y h a v e re p o s s e s s e d a vehicle from a location in Irrigon. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from Sandy PD that th e y a r r e s te d A n d r e y U krainets, 20, on an Irrigon Ju stic e C o u rt w a rra n t for F ailure to A p p ear/D riv in g while Suspended. There were no local c h a rg e s a n d th e s u b je c t w a s lo d g e d a t Clackam as Co. Jail. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that her cell phone has been missing since the end o f April. A deputy m ade contact and determ in ed the phone had been lost outside o f M C S O ’s jurisdiction. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in Boardman that there w as loud m usic com ing from another apartment. -M C S O e n te r e d a vehicle as signed stolen, but later canceled the entry. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that he had fallen and hit his h e a d a n d n e e d e d an ambulance. -M C S O cited R osa Im e ld a J a c q u e z , 4 0 , fo r D riving w hile S uspended- violation. The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O cited O lga Fernandez, 32, for Failure to Carry Proof o f Insurance and Failure to Renew Registration. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that she had locked her keys in h e r v e h ic le . A lo c a l locksm ith w as advised and responded. -M C S O c ite d Ricardo M. Reyes, 34, for No Operator’s License and Sherri P. Y o rk , 3 9 , f o r O p e n Container. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that a vehicle appeared to have rolled over was on the side o f the road on H w y 207 on the hill th at d ro p s d o w n into Ruggs. M a y 21: M C S O cited R obert Brehm , 32, for Forgery II. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner that several pieces ofjew elry and some coins were missing from her residence. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for deputy contact at A.C. H oughton regarding a p rio r in cid e n t o f p o ssib le harassment. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in B oardm an that his ex-w ife broke his TV w hile he was a tte m p tin g to m o v e h is belongings. The subject had left the residence. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for deputy contact in Irrigon regarding a problem he was having with his daughter and her friends. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that there was a loose dog. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f kids on 4-w heelers riding up and dow n the road and doing donuts in the middle o f the road.
