The building was secure. -M C SO deputy cited C arm en Navarro, 30, for Ex ceeding the M aximum Speed Lim it, 78 m ph in a 65 m ph zone. -M C SO deputy cited Mychal Jam es Benoit, 20, for E x c e e d in g th e M a x im u m Speed Lim it, 82 m ph in a 65 mph zone. -M C SO deputy cited K a th le e n K a y S m ith - M acom ber, 36, for Exceed ing the M aximum Speed Lim it, 101 m ph in a 65 m ph zone and N o Insurance. The vehi cle w as towed. -M C S O deputy ad vised a vehicle was disabled on Highway 74. A second ve hicle stopped to help. -M C S O receiv ed a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in Boardm an that he detained tw o dogs that were eating his c h ic k e n s. T he o w n e r w as called to pick up the dogs. -M C SO receiv ed a report o f an alarm at the Bank o f E a s te r n O re g o n in Heppner. There was a subject at the location without a prop er passcode. -M C SO receiv ed a request to contact a subject re garding cow s and horses out on Highw ay 207. A message w as left at the subject’s resi dence. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that her husband locked her o u t o f th e re s id e n c e an d changed the locks. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact regarding possible dumping on c o u n ty r ig h t- o f - w a y in Boardman. -M C S O receiv ed a request from the U.S. M arine C orps for a records check on an individual. The results were faxed. -M C S O receiv ed a report from the O regon State P o lic e th a t L a c ey S h e rri Jacobs, 19, was arrested on a Morrow County C ircuit Court lent and causing problems. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e D ept, officer cited A delfo Sanchez Leyva, 27, for N o O p e ra to r’s License and N o Seat Belt. -M C S O , O r e g o n State Police received a report o f an alarm in a residence in Irrigon. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f a tw o-year-old child walk ing dow n a street and the par ents w eren ’t there. The child was given back to her mother. -M C SO deputy cited Joseph W illiam M urray, 52, for Exceeding the M axim um Speed Lim it, 84 m ph in a 65 mph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a 911 call from K egler’s Sentry M arket in Irrigon. It w as de term ined all w as okay; the phone was o ff the hook. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller that her daughter w as cleaning at the Heppner Day Care and som e one pounded on the door. M a y 13: M C S O deputy cited Jerry Lee Bulow, 51, for Driving while License Suspended-Violation. The ve hicle w as impounded. warrant for Parole Violation/ Possession o f a C ontrolled Substance. She was cited and released to appear. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in lone that a bicycle was stolen. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a re quest for an officer to respond to a residence in Boardman to rem ove a male subject (last name unknown). The landlord told him that he was not al lowed on the property. -M C S O receiv ed a r e p o r t fro m a c a lle r in Boardman that a 69-year-old male was unconscious. Trans port was refused. -M C SO , Boardm an Police Dept, received a hang up 911 from a location in Boardm an. O n call-back, a female subject advised a dog was chasing her brother. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner o f an elderly m ale leaning against a bridge by the park; the caller thought the m an didn’t look well. It was deter mined that he was fine. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact in Irrigon regarding the caller’s adoptive daughter being vio -M C S O receiv ed a r e p o r t o f a d is a b le d m otorhom e on 1-84. The tow truck com pany w as contact ed. -M C S O receiv ed a h a n g - u p 911 c a ll fro m R iv e r f r o n t Lodge in Boardman. It was determined all was okay. -M C SO deputy cited M aria Rubio-M esina, 37, for E x c e e d in g th e M a x im u m Speed Lim it, 84 m ph in a 65 mph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller o f a sus picious vehicle with a driving sleeping in it at the Buttercreek Junction. -M C S O , O r e g o n State Police received a hang up 911 call from a residence in Irrigon. It w as determ ined all w as okay; it w as an acci dental call. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a steer in the road in front o f the Blue Spruce Apts, in H eppner. A deputy contact w as request ed. -M C S O dep u ty a r rested Chaunesy Allen, 32, on a w arran t o u t o f U m atilla C ounty for Parole Violation/ Delivery o f a Controlled Sub stance, Possession o f a C on trolled Substance, Forgery 2 and Theft III. Allen was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardm an o f h av in g p ro b lem s w ith the neighbors. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in B oardm an o f a hit-and-run w ith tree dam age. E llison, 32, w as arrested for Failure to Perform Duties o f a Driver and Reckless Driving. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m a c a ll e r in Boardman that her parents re ceived a death threat on their answering machine. They don’t speak English. -M CSO received two reports from callers in Irrigon o f hearing shots fired. -M C S O dep u ty a r r e s te d H ip o lito G a lla rd o G onzalez, 31, for Possession o f a Forged Instrum ent, G iv ing False Information to a Po lice Officer and Failure to Car ry and Present.
