H eppner that his son cam e
hom e intoxicated and was
trashing the house. The sub­
ject com plained o f a possible
broken ankle prior to law en­
forcement arrival, but refused
tra n s p o rt to th e h o s p ita l.
M athew Looney, 20, was ar­
rested for Criminal M ischief II,
H arassm ent and D isorderly
C onduct. He w as lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail.

Watson, 39, on a State Parole
Violation. A fter being arrest­
ed, he com plained o f chest
pain and high blood pressure.
The patient was taken to Good
Shepherd M edical C enter in
Hermiston via ambulance to be
checked out, then w as trans­
ported to the Umatilla County
Jail. T h e re w ere no local
charges at the time.

appeared to be intoxicated.

dence in Irrigon with a Hispanic
female sounding like she was
saying “policia”, then hung up.
On call-back, the juvenile fe­
male said she did not call 911,
and her mother, who doesn’t
speak English, could not con­
firm. A deputy arrived and
confirmed that a juvenile male
called by m istake and it was
another juvenile in the back­
ground. N o action was taken.
