responded to the B om bing

subjects complaining o f neck,

Daley Weatherford, 27, Daniel

male juvenile were arrested on
charges o f Possession o f a
Precursor, and lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.

determined to be a false alarm.

report from a caller that he had

subject walking on Highway
207. She said she and a male
subject ran out o f gasoline (this
w as the vehicle in a previous
report); the m ale subject left
her and she w as w alking to
Hermiston. The female subject
left her ID in the caller’s vehicle
a n d he b ro u g h t it to th e
sheri fTs office.

son. A deputy w as unable to
locate the cattle.

that the DMV official made her
fail a test on purpose. The call­
er was upset and possibly in­
toxicated. Deputy contact was
requested. Another report was
m ade by a bystander that the
caller was harassing the DM V
official.

Pre-District Track Meet
O n M ay 10, 2003 the lone
C a r d in a ls T ra c k T e a m s
traveled to M oro for the Pre-
District Track Meet. This meet
includes all teams from 2A and
1A in our district.
T he C ardinal Boys finshed
2nd overall with a total o f 87.3
Points. The Lady C ardinals
finshed 7th.
The C ardinal Boys w ere

A ndrew finshed 1st in the
100m D ash w ith a tim e o f
11:38, he also finshed 1st in
the 200m Dash with a time o f
23:02, and 1st in the 400m

Shot Put w ith a throw o f 43-
0, he also finshed 2nd in the
Discus with a throw o f 125-4.
M ike Radie finshed 3rd in the

request for an ambulance from
a caller in Heppner for her hus­
band w ho w as having a p os­
sible stroke. The caller asked
if dispatch w anted to talk to
her husband. T he husband
advised he w as fine, walking
and talking and refused trans­
port. He said he would call lat­
er if he needed assistance.
