Peter John Lesbo, 51, was arrested for Assault IV. He is being lodged at Umatilla Co. Jail. -M C SO received a report that a subject will be admitted and transported to EOPC. -MCSO arrested John Dana K roeger, 41, on a Clackam as Co. w arrant for Failure to Appear/Criminal Non S upport. He lodged at NORCOR. -MCSO cited Patricia Morales, 19, for No Operator’s License, Driving Uninsured and Endangering Child Passengers x2. -M C SO receiv ed a request for deputy contact regarding the neighbor’s dog in his yard. The caller’s dog had just had pups and he had told his neighbor to keep his dog out of his yard. -MCSO, Boardman PD and ambulance received a report of possible victim hit by a car in B oardm an. S ubject was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller that some one had called and said she had won a million dollars; she wondered what to do if they call back. -M CSO receiv ed a report o f a vehicle all over the road headed towards Heppner. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that an unknown person was rude and that he asked them to leave the Marina. Caller wanted to know the rules and regulations of the Marina, MCSO advised him to contact the caretaker. -M C SO re ceiv ed a report o f a vehicle rollover on I- 84 near mp 162. The parties refused transport. ' -M C SO receiv ed a report from OSP that they arrested Sergio Jiminez-Ventura, 22, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for two counts ofFailure to A p p ear/D riv in g w hile Suspended and No Insurance and tor Failure to Appear/Driving while Suspended and Failure to Dim Lights. Subject is lodged at UCJ. -M C SO received a report o f a young deer in the middle ofDee Cox Rd, Heppner, possibly injured. Deputies were unable to locate the deer. -M C SO received multiple 911 hang-up calls from a cell phone. Deputies located caller and everything was okay. -M C SO receiv ed a request for deputy contact from a caller in Heppner, to respond to a possible assault victim at Pioneer Memorial Hospital. Dec. 14: MCSO cited Amanda Dawn Muth, 27, for DUII bac . 17, and for Driving while Suspended. -OSP arrested Herbert Hill, 24, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while Suspended. Subject was cited and released. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon reported that she heard what she believed were gunshots fired. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that her keys were stolen out o f her vehicle and som eone w ent through the jockey box. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that she had found a puppy last week and had been unable to locate the ow ner. Now som eone was calling to claim it. She wanted to know what her rights are. -MCSO cited Nancy Earlea H uddleston, 64, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO received an abandoned 911 call from the Boardman rest area. Deputies were unable to locate any one. i January 15, 2003 -MCSO, Boardman PD cited Maria Rosario Velasco de Arias, 46, for Endangering a Child Passenger. -M C SO receiv ed a request for deputy contact from a caller in Irrigon regarding her 15-year-old son taking her vehicle with out permission. The son has since returned the vehicle. -M CSO cited Casey Daniel Rodriguez, 29, for Passing in a No Passing Zone. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner that a car was parked in the street as a hazard. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner that an unknown, unauthorized person entered the hospital two times. Deputies were unable to locate the subject. Hospital is locked down other than the front door. -MCSO cited Trinidad Ramos Garcia, 34, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 38 mph in a 25 mph zone. -M CSO receiv ed a report of a fight in progress at the Irrigon 76 station. Bruce Arnold Bailey, Jr., 30, was cited for Disorderly Conduct. William Herbert Prosser, 21, was cited for Disorderly Conduct. -M CSO receiv ed a report from the H eppner Chevron that a male driver stated that he was too intoxicated to be driving then left h eading southbound. Deputies were unable to locate vehicle. Dec. 15: MCSO deputy transported a juvenile from Boardman PD to Irrigon. -MCSO deputies on a noise co m p lain t check in Boardman located a missing Kennewick juvenile. All was okay; a customer had jarred the machine. -M C SO receiv ed a request for contact from the Boardman PD, regarding a possible lab. -MCSO cited Bradley Allen Winkler, 46, for Animal Neglect II. -M C SO re ceiv ed a request for contact from a caller in Boardman regarding subjects th ere w ere m enacing and threatening him. David Ramirez, 20, was cited for Menacing and Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Erik Ramirez, 21, was cited for Menacing. -MCSO cited a juvenile subject for Criminal Mischief III. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Boardman, calling on her cell phone that her husband is on the phone with a male making an obscene call. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner that a wire is down near her residence and she doesn’t know whether it is cable or electrical. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner that a tree was blown down by the high winds and was leaning on a power pole. There was no damaged or down wires at the time. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that he saw a vehicle door open and when he attempted to contact the resident he noticed the dead bolt had signs o f forced attempted entry. Dec. 16: Hermiston PD arrested Jason Carl Jones, 20, on three UCSO warrants with a hold placed for MCSO on a warrant for Failure to Appear/ Burglary II and Theft III. -Umatilla PD arrested Gary Lee Murphy, Jr., 29, on a Morrow Co. warrant for Failure to A ppear/P ossession o f a Controlled Substance II. Subject is lodged at the UC Jail. -M CSO receiv ed a report from a caller that her v e h icle located on 1-84 w estbound on-ram p from Patterson Ferry Rd. required a jump-start.
