Landfill. It was out o f district. It
was determined that there was no

port that a subject was given per­
m ission to put dow n a deer on
Highway 74.

port from a caller in Irrigon that
another female assaulted her. An
am bulance was not needed.

je c t possibly having a heart at­
tack. The patient was transport­
ed to Pioneer M emorial H ospi­
tal in Heppner.

Park in Irrigon that subjects in a
vehicle car tried to run him down
after he told them to leave for
urinating in the showers. Naomi
Pilsek, 19, w as cited for R eck­

port from a caller in Irrigon that
another subject was harassing
her.
-M C SO received a re­
port from a caller in Irrigon that
her au n t’s ex-husband cam e to
the residence and assaulted her
aunt.

verbal dom estic situation with a
female subject who keyed a ve­
hicle.

unable to locate anything suspi­
cious.

pended-V iolation. The vehicle
was impounded.

Police received a report o f an
alarm at a residence in Irrigon. It
was verified by phone by the res­
ident to be a false alarm.

officer cited Josephina Rangel,
33, for V iolation o f the Basic
Rule, 41 m ph in a 30 mph zone.

port from a caller in Irrigon that
a male subject stole several forms
o f identification and other items
from his house.
-M C SO received a re­
port o f a suspicious w hite truck
in Irrigon that picked up tw o or
three juveniles. A deputy was
unable to locate the vehicle.

lance received a request for an
am bulance in Irrigon for an 89-
year-old female who had fallen.

Suspended-Violation. The vehi­

ed Rosa M. R odriguez, 54, on
an Irrigon Justice Court warrant
for Failure to Pay Fine/D og at
Large. She w as cited and re­
leased.

hang-up 911 call from a resi­
dence in Boardm an. It w as de­
termined to be a child playing on
the phone.

quest for a deputy contact from
a caller in Boardman regarding a
custody dispute w ith his w ife
over their son.

Illegal Backing.

dren w ere reunited w ith their
m other w hile the caller w as on
the phone.

ed a vehicle in the ditch in Irrigon.
It was a non-injury accident.

reports o f a fire on Black M oun­
tain, south ofB lake’s Ranch. The
US Forest Service was contact­
ed and they advised they w ere
doing a bum in the area.

a 911 hang-up call from a resi­
dence in Boardman. The female
caller said she w as being ha­
rassed and that a m ale subject
would not leave, then the line was
disconnected.

her as “ Red” . The subject drove
away. It was determined the sub­
ject m ay pick up her belongings
but was not welcome there any­
more.

was missing her jacket; there was
money in the pocket. She thought
the jac k e t w as lost or stolen in

a former firefighter w on’t return
fire equipm ent. The caller had
sent two registered letters but still
had no response.

Police received a report o f cattle
out on Highway 730. The cattle
were herded o ff the highway and
the possible owners contacted.

port from a caller w ho had re­
ceived an obscene phone call.
The m ale suspect w anted to do
a jo b interv iew over the phone
w ith the caller, and then started
m aking sexually explicit com ­
ments.

Pay Fine/Driving while License
Suspended. The vehicle was im­
pounded.

a semi had been running for two
days and he w as getting com ­
plaints about it. A deputy spoke
to the ow ner w ho advised he
was leaving that night.

port from a caller in Boardm an
that his girlfriend w ouldn’t quit
talking and let him sleep. No law
enforcem ent response was re­
quested.

received a report from a caller in
lone, that he had taken a car
ow ned by him and a person in
Irrigon to Wilsonville. He wanted
it noted so that if the other person
called to report it stolen, M CSO
w ould know why and w here it
was.

and that there were several items
either stolen or dam aged in the
hom e. They inform ed that if
M CSO needs to recover any o f
the items to let them know.

Hardman area. According to the
caller, the dog doesn’t appear to
have tags and the caller doesn’t
think she’s seen it around the area
before.
-OSP arrested Francisco
Garcia Soto, 25, was arrested on
Irrigon Justice Court warrant for
Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While
Suspended. S ubject paid the
$671 bail and w as cited and
released.

report from a caller in Irrigon that
her son’s bike had been taken last
night o ff the back patio. The bike
was registered with the Bicycle
Safety Program.

that he had located several items,
at a friend’s house, that were
taken from him a few years ago.

application. The subject was not
present when the call was made.

in Heppner that an older woman
had ju st fainted in the store.

o f pills, possibly Ibuprophen. No

were unable to locate anyone.

she had received a threatening

employee, in Milton, WA, saying
that he was going to bum her
house dow n. M CSO received
info that the subject had been
arrested and was in custody.

that a male subject was harassing
her.

harassing him. He reported that
she had flashed him and another

yard harassing him.
