A public hearing on a proposed supplemental budget for City o f
Heppner, Morrow State o f Oregon, for the fiscal year July 1, 2002 to
June 30, 2003 will be held at 188 NW Willow Street. The hearing
will take place on the 14th day o f October, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. The
purpose o f the hearing is to discuss the supplemental budget with
interested persons.
A copy o f the supplemental budget document may be inspected
or obtained on or after September 23, 2002 at 188 NW Willow Street
between the hours o f 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

mph in a 35 mph zone.

an Irrigon Justice Court warrant
for Failure to Pay Fine/Fumish-
ing Alcohol to a Minor. The sub
ject was cited and released.

from a caller in Irrigon that his
wife and six year old daughter had
left for the Hermiston Wal-Mart
early the previous evening but had
not returned yet. The wife called
a few minutes later. No further
action needed to be taken.
-MCSO, Heppner ambulance
received a request for an ambu
lance in Heppner for a female
subject in her 80s who was hav
ing trouble breathing. The patient
was transported to Good Shepherd
Medical Center in Hermiston.

received a report o f an erratic
driver on 1-84 eastbound.

received a report from a caller
from Gresham that her boyfriend,
who lives in Portland, was sup
pose to be at the National Guard
in Pendleton but was missing. A

for a deputy in Irrigon regarding
a verbal custody dispute.
-M CSO received a report o f
an audible burglar alarm at a res
idence in Irrigon. It was deter
mined a subject was picking up
items from a yard sale; all was
okay.

Office that Bradley James Miller,
23, was arrested on an Irrigon
Justice Court warrant for Failure
to Pay Fine/Criminal M ischief II,
Reckless Driving. He was lodged
at the Deschutes County Jail, with
$2086 bail.

Charles Geiger, 41, for Exceed
ing the Maximum Speed Limit, 83
mph in a 65 mph zone.

for a deputy to respond to a two-
vehicle, non-injury accident in
Irrigon.

from a caller in Heppner o f a dog
on the caller’s property again; the
caller wanted a citation issued this
time.

a cold burglary in Boardman that
happened this morning.
