July 20: -MCSO deputy cited Mitchell Myers, 21, for No Operator's Li cense. The vehicle was impound ed. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, officers cited Mindy L. Kesler, 27, for No Operator’s Li cense and Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO deputies cited Judith Lynn Chrastil, 49, for DUII (BAC .23). She was cited and released. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a possible MIP party in Irrigon. Officers were unable to locate the party; it was apparently over. -MCSO deputies arrested a juvenile on a Morrow County Cir cuit Court warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Felo ny. The juvenile was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. Derek Bryan Stokes, 21, was also cited for Driving while License Sus pended-Misdemeanor and Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device. He was cited and released. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report from a caller of a minor motor vehicle accident at the edge of the tree farm. The driver fell asleep at the wheel and ran under the undercarriage of a semi-truck. -MCSO received a report from a caller at the Red Apple Market in Heppner that there was a dog running loose in front of the store; the dog then went into the store. -MCSO received a report from a business in Heppner that they had a fire in the basement. While on the phone, they advised they got the fire out and every thing was okay. -MCSO received a report from the Hermiston Police Dept, that Javier Pedro Bustamante, 20, w as arrested on a Morrow Coun ty Circuit Court warrant for Fail ure to Appear/Attempting to Elude, Unauthorized Entry of a Motor Vehicle and Theft III, and on a Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Appear/Driv- ing w hile License Suspended. He w as lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $20,000 bail. -MCSO received a report from a person calling from east Highway 730 of a female child in the area with no adult in the area. A 911 call was received from a female subject reporting a miss ing child. The caller was advised of the child’s location. The caller called back and said she had picked the child up. No further action was required. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that a brush guard and a handyman’s jack were stolen sometime the previous night. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman of a vehicle w ith juveniles in it drinking beer.
