It looked as if the driver is trying to hit other vehicles. -MCSO deputy cited Randy L. Ashley, 45, for violation of the basic rule, 70/55. -MCSO deputy cited Martin Maciel Herrera, 35, for violation of the basic rule, 96/55 and no insurance. -MCSO deputy cited Matthew K. Jurado was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail, bail $6,000. -MCSO received a report from Irrigon that a group of five or six juveniles were playing chicken with traffic. -MCSO received a call from Boardman that a woman was having trouble breathing and couldn’t get a hold of her doctor. She wanted an officer to check on her before an ambulance was paged. -MCSO received a report from lone that large yellow jackets were swarming around the caller’s home and backyard. -MCSO received a call from Heppner reporting a peeping tom walking hack and forth between the senior center and behind Red Apple. He had walked back and forth about 10 times. -MCSO deputy arrested Michael Anthony Mullikin, 18, for failure to appear/burglary I and theft II. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail, bail $20,000. -MCSO received a report from lone that the caller’s son had taken his pickup without his permission. He reported 10 minutes later that his son had returned it. -MCSO received a report from a camper in the Boardman Marina RV Park who said that a nine-year-old boy rode up on a bike and said that he had runaway and didn’t want to go home and that he would leave if the cops showed up. June 26: MCSO deputy reported that three subjects ran from him in Irrigon for an unknown reason and requested that a Boardman officer respond. A deputy reported that they were unable to locate the subjects but did locate two gas cans: A five- gallon “Essence” can containing V i can of gasoline and a Yamaha boat gas can. -MCSO, Heppner ambulance received a call from Heppner that a 78-year-old woman fell down. -MCSO, Irrigon fire dept, received report of smoke in the front lobby area from a construction site. There was a small fire there but it was already put out. -MCSO deputy arrested Louis Klein, 61, for driving under the influence of intoxicants. Klein was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail, bail $6,000. -MCSO deputy cited George Martin Leitze, 75 for violation of the basic rule, 77/55. -MCSO received a call from Boardman that a subject came on to the caller’s property and started punching him. He is bleeding from the forehead. The subject made a threat of getting a gun and coming back to kill him. -MCSO deputy cited Richard Ashton Derbyshiire, 59, for violation of the basic rule, 73/ 55. -MCSO deputy cited Larry Steven Brown, 44, for violation of the basic rule, 79/55. -MCSO deputy cited Kenneth Phipps, 51, for violation of the basic rule, 73/55. -MCSO deputy cited Phillip Keith Alberti, 22, for violation of the basic rule, 76/55. -MCSO deputy cited Guadalupe Osorio Mejia, 52, for failure to drive in lane, no operator’s license, and no insurance. The caller believes that the male driver goes into a teen girl’s bedroom window at night. A second caller reported the whereabouts of the car and believes that the subject went into the n eighbor’s residence. The vehicle was towed. -MCSO, Boardman fire dept, received a report of a hay fire in a bam at the Columbia River Dairy off of Tower Road. Boardman fire dept, advised that this was out of their district and thus they would not respond. Caller was advised that there would be no response from a fire dept, and why. July 5: MCSO received a report of someone banging on the caller’s door in Boardman. The caller fled the residence and went to her friend’s house. -MCSO received a report of a wrong way driver on the freeway near Boardman. It was a Swift truck. -MCSO received a report o f barking dogs in Boardman keeping the caller awake. -MCSO received a report from Boardman that the Sentry store had been tagged/ spray painted sometime the night before. -MCSO received a report of an injured deer on the freeway near Boardman. -MCSO received a report from the 76 station in Boardman that a customer in a motor home had hit a deer and had a broken window. -MCSO received a report from RJ’s in Lexington that someone had sprayed gravel and shattered the windows on the caller’s motor home the night before. -MCSO received a report from lone that an unknown person had taken items from the caller’s back porch between 4 a.m. and 6 a.m. -MCSO received a report that the caller had just purchased his home in Irrigon and found marijuana plants in the yard. He wanted to know how to dispose of the plants. -MCSO received a report from Boardman that a 40- year-old male had a fish hook stuck in his arm two inches from his wrist. He was not bleeding and decided to drive to Hermiston. -MCSO received a report o f a water leak at a Heppner residence. -MCSO received a report that someone had hit a deer near Boardman. The caller had damage to the front of the car and a broken windshield. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that two boys were racing up and down a road on her property. She has already asked them to stop. -MCSO received a call reporting a fight in front of the caller’s house in Boardman. MCSO received a report of a nine-year-old and an 11 -year- old girl who were fighting with a knife. The caller has both children and their parents with her and would like an officer to respond. -MCSO received a report of people camping in the gravel pit at Fuller Canyon/Clarks Canyon near Heppner. -MCSO received a report of two juveniles with guns in Boardman and the caller wants an officer to respond. -MCSO deputy arrested Christopher Michael Swope, 23, for crim inal m ischief I and criminal trespassing II. Swope was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO, Irrigon Fire Dept., Irrigon ambulance received a report of a fire in a carport across the street from the caller’s residence. Structures were threatened and it was unknown if anyone was home. -MCSO received a report from Irrigon regarding an incident that happened at the marina about a month ago. July 6: MCSO received a report from Heppner of a vehicle running for 30 minutes outside of the caller’s building. -MCSO deputy cited Juan Carlos Gonzalez Gonzalez, 22, for driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving with an open container of alcohol. -MCSO deputy cited Remberto Arana Zuniga, 22, for no operator’s license and driving uninsured. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact regarding a vehicle that was repossessed o ff the c a lle r’s property. -MCSO received several calls reporting a one-vehicle rollover on Tower Road. The person involved in the crash had head and neck pain. -MCSO received a report from Boardman that the roof on the caller’s shed was tom open and looked like someone had tried to break in. -MCSO received a report of people pulling out the window of the old high school building in Heppner. Caller was advised that they are part of the demolition crew and will be working all weekend. -MCSO deputy cited Michael Wayne Folk, 42, for boating under the influence of intoxicants. -MCSO deputy arrested David B. July 7: MCSO received a report from lone of a reckless semi on the highway north of Irrigon. -MCSO deputy cited Jami Gooch, 18, for exceeding the maximum speed limit, 82/65. -MCSO deputy cited Gretchen Green, 31, for exceeding the maximum speed limit, 82/65. -MCSO received a report of an injured deer on the free way near Boardman. -MCSO received a call reporting a person driving with a suspended license in Boardman. -MCSO received a report from Irrigon that the caller’s boyfriend jumped on her car and smashed her windshield then took off on his bike toward Bakes. -MCSO received a report from the caretaker at Anson Wright Park that two subjects were giving him trouble last night and left the park this morning setting off some kind of explosive on the highway. -MCSO received a report o f a vandalized car in Boardman. -MCSO deputy cited Don William Troupe, 31, for exceeding the maximum speed limit, 82/65. -MCSO deputy arrested Jim Rodriguez, 38, for an indictment for possession of a controlled substance, felony.
