less than an oz. of marijuana and

substance, II. Subject was lodged
at Umatilla County Jail with no
bail. William Miles Buckman, 21,
was arrested for parole violation/
unauthorized use o f a motor
vehicle and was lodged at
Umatilla County Jail with no bail.

report from Heppner that the
caller’s aunt was locked out of St.
Patrick’s Senior Center.
May 18:
MCSO,
Heppner ambulance received a
call from Lexington that a 51-
year-old male was having a
diabetic reaction.
-MCSO received a
report of a rolled vehicle on
Slaughterhouse Road near
Heppner. The report said there
was a lot of blood in the vehicle
and no one was around. The
owner was found and he said that
he didn’t realize the vehicle was
blocking the road and he would
have a friend help him move it out
of the way.
-MCSO received a
report from a 13-year-old boy in
Irrigon that he had put his scooter
down and saw a vehicle take it
right off the road.
-MCSO received a
complaint from Boardman that an
unwanted subject was yelling and
screaming at the caller in her front
yard.
-MCSO received a
report that someone had taken
some clothes from her last month,
didn’t pay for them and didn’t
bring them back.
-MCSO received a
report from lone that a three-
wheeler was racing up and down
the street.
-MCSO received a
report from Lexington that the
caller had a controlled bum going
on that was producing a lot of
smoke, but everything was ok in
case anyone called with questions.

Rubio, 39, was cited for driving

May 1: Boardman Police
Dept, officer cited a male subject
for Exceeding the Maximum
Speed Limit, 78 mph in a 65 mph
zone, and Failure to Register Ve­
hicle.
-MCSO, Heppner Police
Dept, received a report of a bur­
glary alarm activation at the
DMV office in Heppner. An of­
ficer checked the building, a door
was found partially opened. The
building was checked, the door
secured and the alarm reset.
-MCSO received a report that
Eddie Joe Rios, 39, was arrested
on a Morrow County Circuit
Court warrant for Parole Viola-
tion/Felon in Possession of a Fire­
arm and Irrigon Justice Court
warrants for Failure to Pay Fine/
Driving while License Suspend-
ed/Driving Uninsured/Violation of
the Basic Rule, 65 mph in a 45
mph zone. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a report
from the Umatilla Chemical De­
pot of a leaking propane tank in
the POL area. The fire dept, had
been notified. About 30 minutes
later, it was advised that the pro­
pane valve was shut off and there
was no longer a leak; the depot
was declared clear.
-MCSO, Boardman ambu­
lance received a report of a male
subject with a possible stroke.
The patient was transported to
Good Shepherd Medical Center
in Hermiston.

Steven Moore, 19, for Forgery II.

and Fire depts., Boardman Am­
bulance received a report of a mo­
bile home in Boardman fully en­
gulfed in flames. No one was
home. One firefighter was trans­
ported to Good Shepherd Medi­
cal Center in Hermiston.
-MCSO deputy arrested
Michael Dean Hendricks, 45, on
a warrant for Distributing a Con­
trolled Substance II x2 and Pos­
session of a Controlled Substance
II x2. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail.
-MCSO received a request
for a deputy to assist in a civil sit­
uation in Heppner for a female
subject who needed to get her
things from her ex-boyfriend’s
house.

females who were possibly
intoxicated. Mary Erin Sandberg,
43, was arrested for Domestic
Menacing and Harrassment. She
was lodged at Umatilla County Jail
$9,000 bail.

report from Boardman requesting
an officer regarding a shoplifter
who was being detained.
-MCSO received a
report from Irrigon that the
caller’s vehicle tires were slashed
the night before.
-MCSO received a call
from Heppner reporting a
burglary from the drama stage at
the high school that night.
-MCSO received a
report from Irrigon of a verbal
disturbance at the 76 station.
-MCSO received a
report of a flatbed semi speeding
on the freeway near Boardman.
-MCSO received two
reports of a possible electrical or
guy wire across Hwy. 74 near
Heppner. Columbia Basin advised
that the wire was down, there was
no danger and they were taking
care of the problem.
-MCSO received a call
from Irrigon regarding problems
the caller was having with
someone she was selling a trailer
to.
-MCSO received a
report of a female screaming in a
nearby apartment in Boardman.
-MCSO received a
report from Irrigon that the
caller’s husband had assaulted her
while they were driving home. No
ambulance was needed. The
husband, who she said had
knocked her tooth loose, was
gone upon the arrival of deputies.

Paul Robert Manning, 23, for no
operator’s license, possession of
less than one ounce of marijana
and a lighting violation.
Mayó: MCSO received
a report of a fire at the Coyote
Springs Co-gen Plant in
Boiardman. Caller advised that
a transformer had overheated and
was on fire. Upon arrival of
officers on the scene, it was
reported that the transformer had
exploded and was burning. The
fire was extinguished.

report of a struck deer that was
lying on the roadway on Willow
Creek Road near Blake Randch.
-MCSO received a
report of an anhydrous theft the
night before at the Jordan
Elevators. The only damage done
was a cut lock.

report of a large porcupine in the
middle of the road that vehicles
have to swerve around.

report of a fight in progress in
Boardman. It was unknown how
many people were involved and
no weapons could be seen.

Luther Whitlow, 36, was arrest­
ed on a Heppner Justice Court
warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/
Improperly Validated Deer Tag.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Everett, Wash­
ington, that her husband had been
gone for three weeks, but she
thought he was staying with a
male subject. The husband was
found and advised to contact his
wife.

Ambulance, Lexington EMTs,
ODOT received a report of a
one-vehicle rollover on Highway
74, 1/4 mile north of Lexington.
One subject reported feeling
numbness, was bleeding from the
arm and had back pain. The pa­
tient was transported to Pioneer
Memorial Hospital in Heppner.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Lexington that he
found a dead bird shot with a pel­
let gun in his chimney.
-MCSO received a request
for deputy contact in Boardman
regarding a sex abuse case of a
male subject in Irrigon.
-MCSO received a report of
a burglar alarm/motion detector in
the basement of the Irrigon City
Hall.
-MCSO received a report
from a caller in Boardman that
someone drove a truck across his
crop field and left it with possible
damage done to the crop. The
caller wanted someone cited for
trespass.

while License Suspended viola­
tion. The vehicle was impound­

May 2: MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon of
two-three subjects in a vehicle
with Washington plates that
banged on the door of his resi­
dence and kicked in the side of
his wife’s vehicle. The subjects
were stopped in Umatilla. Rhonda
Lee Hopkins, 33, was cited for No
Operator’s License and No Insur­
ance.
-MCSO, Irrigon ambulance
received a report from the Co­
lumbia Middle School of a 13-
year-old female with shortness of
breath. The parent took the pa­
tient by private vehicle to Good
Shepherd Medical Center in
Hermiston.
-MCSO deputy cited
Satumino Reyes Flores, 36, for
Driving while License Suspend­
ed Infraction and arrested him on
a Morrow County Circuit warrant
for Possession of a Controlled
Substance. He was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail. The vehicle
was impounded.

from Oregon State Police that
William Ellis Looney, 26, was ar­
rested on three Irrigon Justice
Court warrants.

from a caller in Irrigon that her
four-year-old son was missing.
The child was found and returned
to his mother.

for deputy contact in Irrigon re­
garding the neighbor’s dog dig­
ging holes in the caller’s yard.

Francisco Javier Nunez, 44, was
cited for Child Neglect II.

for deputy contact in Irrigon re­
garding the caller’s son who was
threatening her. Daniel Joe Hum,
25, was arrested on an Umatilla
County Sheriffs Office warrant
for Failure to Appear/Possession
of a Controlled Substance II. He
was lodged at the Umatilla County
Jail.

John Glynn, 44, for Violation of
the Basic Rule, 79 mph in a 55
mph zone.
-May 3: MCSO received a
report from the Douglas County
Sheriff’s Office that David Earl
Morgan, 49, was arrested on an
Irrigon Justice Court warrant for
Failure to Appear/DUII. He was
cited and released.
-Boardman Police Dept, of­
ficers cited Jose Daniel Caamal
Mukul, 22, for No Operator’s Li­
cense and Driving Uninsured.
The vehicle was towed.
-MCSO, Irrigon ambulance
received a report from a caller in
Irrigon of a vehicle in the ditch
on Division Street. One adult male
was unresponsive and one juve­
nile was in a car seat. The pa­
tients were transported to Good
Shepherd Medical Center in
Hermiston. One gun was recov­
ered from the vehicle. The vehi­
cle was towed.

Dept, received a report of a res­
idential burglar alarm in
Boardman. It was determined to
be a false alarm; all was okay.
