May 18: MCSO, Heppner ambulance received a call from Lexington that a 51- year-old male was having a diabetic reaction. -MCSO received a report of a rolled vehicle on Slaughterhouse Road near Heppner. The report said there was a lot of blood in the vehicle and no one was around. An of­ ficer checked the building, a door was found partially opened. The building was checked, the door secured and the alarm reset. -MCSO received a report that Eddie Joe Rios, 39, was arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Parole Viola- tion/Felon in Possession of a Fire­ arm and Irrigon Justice Court warrants for Failure to Pay Fine/ Driving while License Suspend- ed/Driving Uninsured/Violation of the Basic Rule, 65 mph in a 45 mph zone. Upon arrival of officers on the scene, it was reported that the transformer had exploded and was burning.
