Jessica Gutierrez earns scholarship The Oregon Society of CPAs (OSCPA) Educational Foundation has announced that Jessica Gutierrez, a Heppner High School senior, is the recipient of the foundatio n ’s $1,000 PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Scholarship. Gutierrez, who plans to attend the University of Oregon in the fall, maintained a 3.59 grade point average and scored a 1,240 on the SAT. Gutierrez served as student body treasurer and N ational Honor Society historian. She has worked for both the Morrow County and Morrow County G rain G rowers finance departments. According to a press release, the OSCPA Educational Foundation has sponsored a scholarship program designed to attract accounting students and reward their efforts with financial support since 1985.
