The motonst arrived in Heppner. May 27: MCSO received a report of a fight in progress in Imgon. The caller's grandmother took the phone from the caller and advised there there was no fight; it was a misunderstanding. A subject was caught with her boyfriend and when the boyfriend was asked to leave, he refused. The subject then overreacted. The grandmother said no contacts were necessary, but later called back and requested assistance. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a vehicle dnving very erratically, swerving, weaving and going at inconsistent speeds on 1-84 westbound. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report that someone was outside the caller's residence in Boardman with a flashlight and that the lights were currently out by the shop. Officers were unable to locate the subject. -MCSO received a report of a female boxer dog lost the previous day in Imgon. -MCSO received a report of a neighbor's Rottweiler in Imgon that keeps jumping on the fence and scaring people. A note was left at the owner's residence. -MCSO received a request for information about a runaway juvenile. -MCSO received a report of a reckless and speeding driver in Imgon. -MCSO received a report from Anson Wright Park that a female had dumped charcoal into the fishing pond then left. A locksmith was contacted. -Heppner Police Dept, officer cited Craig Koeller, 35, for Illegal U-tum, Driving while License Suspended and No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO deputy arrested Carl A. McKim. 33, for a circuit warrant for Failure to Appear/Theft I. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a report o f a lost/stolen Ruger .22 pistol, a gray case and two loaded clips. -MCSO, Heppner Police Dept, received a report o f a lost Pomeranian in Heppner. -MCSO received a report from Imgon that people were bringing drugs into the caller's mother's residence and that the caller wanted it searched while he was out with her the next day. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact in Boardman as the caller's girlfriend was upset and wanted him to leave but he didn't want to until he was sure she would be okay. -MCSO, Oregon State Police, Boardman Police Dept., Imgon ambulance received a report o f a fight in progress in Imgon involving three males and one female. An ambulance was requested. Marco Jimenez-Sanchez, 29, was arrested for Assault of a Police Officer and Disorderly Conduct. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. May 28: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of an intoxicated driver heading towards the Boardman BP station by the elementary school. The vehicle was not located. -MCSO received a request to take a tractor through an area with a sign saying "No through trucks". The caller was advised the tractor could be taken to the caller's residence to work on without equipment attached. -MCSO received a report that a runaway juvenile had returned home to his parents. -MCSO deputies arrested Sara Jordan, 19, for warrants out of Washington for Parole Violation/Failure to Maintain Contact with Parole Counselor and Escape/Posession of a Controlled Substance. She was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a report that someone was trying to steal paint ball equipment at the Imgon Manna. -MCSO received a report of a found Husky-type dog at Anson Wright Park. -MCSO received a report that a male subject had stolen two packs of cigarettes from Kegler's Sentry in Imgon. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that she has horses at her residence but another person was claiming the horses belonged to him and was coming to claim them. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of three male subjects with backpacks walking along side 1-84 westbound. -MCSO received a report o f a burglary of old coins and collector's money in the previous two days from a residence by Heppner. -Hermiston Police Dept, officer arrested Beth Gabriel Diamond, 20, o f Hermiston on an Imgon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/MIP-Alcohol. There were holds for Morrow and Umatilla counties. She was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO. Oregon State Police received a report of a disabled vehicle. It was not blocking traffic. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, cited Shawn L. Creek, 26, of Boardman, for No Operator's License, No Insurance and Violation of the Basic Rule, 38 mph in a 25 mph zone. The vehicle was towed May 29: MCSO, Oregon State Police arrested Christopher Wayne Lyons. 29. on a Santiam Correctional Institution warrant for Parole Violation/Ex-convict with a Weapon. Hermiston Police Dept, received a report that a juvenile reported missing to the Hermiston Police Dept, was at Riverside High School in Boardman. The caller requested she be taken to the Boardman Police Dept, until she could be picked up. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a possible violation of a stalking order. The caller's son told her that a subject was in his room during the night and stated he had got in with a screwdriver. The officer who took the original report was requested. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept received a report of a tenant on the roof of a location in Boardman and he wouldn't get down. -MCSO deputy cited a juvenile for Careless Driving. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Imgon that she was receiving harassing phone calls. -MCSO deputy cited Rodney Paul Langlitz, 34, of Heppner for Dnving while License Suspended- Infraction and Driving Uninsured. He also had a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while License Suspended-Infraction, Driving Uninsured. He was cited and released. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a driving complaint. A vehicle was travelling erratically and at a high rate of speed. -MCSO, Boardman city crew received a request to turn off the water at the Columbia View Apts, in Boardman as a faucet outside one of the buildings had been broken. -Stanfield Police Dept, arrested Sergio Urrutia Becerra, 39, of Imgon on an Imgon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Suspended. He also had local charges placed on him. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO. Boardman Police Dept, received a report that someone might be on the roof o f Riverside High School in Boardman. An officer checked and was unable to find anyone. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, cited Joseph Sabuco, 19, of Hermiston for Sound Amplification from a Vehicle. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f a prowler outside the caller's bedroom window. An officer was unable to locate anyone. May 30: MCSO received a report of 14-15 juveniles entering and using an old abandoned trailer at the Imgon Mobile Court. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Imgon that a subject that threatened to shoot him last year contacted him again this year. -MCSO, Imgon Fire Dept, received several reports of a brush fire in Imgon. No structures were threatened on the one side but on the other side structures were threatened and one was on fire. -MCSO, Imgon ambulance received a request for an ambulance fora 61-year-old woman in Imgon who has cancer who was unresponsive, having trouble breathing and possibly unconscious. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a stolen bike recovered. The caller knew who took it and wanted an officer contact. -MCSO, Heppner Police Dept, received a report of cows out of a field in Heppner and in a resident’s yard. The owner was contacted. -MCSO deputy cited Rodney Paul Langlitz, 34, of Heppner, for Driving while License Suspended Infraction and Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO received a report that Gustavo Cruz-Juarez, 29, was arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Parole Violation II. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO, Imgon Ambulance received a report of a problem with two male juveniles at the Imgon Manna. One had pulled a knife on the other. A juvenile was on the ground seeming unresponsive. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. Several citations were issued: Menacing, Reckless Endangering, and MIP-Alcohol. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a request for officer contact in Boardman regarding a threatening letter the caller's tenant found on his vehicle. -MCSO received a report of a possible prowler seen in a tree outside a residence in Boardman. -MCSO received a report of a stalking order violation. The caller said the subject was just at his residence and left towards Highway 730 in a vehicle driven by another subject. Pamela Jordan, 38, was arrested for Violation of No Contact Order and lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. May 31: Boardman Police Dept, officer cited Jackie Lynn Camden, 19, of Walla Walla, Washington, for MIP-Alcohol and Juan L. Ayala, 19, of Boardman for MIP-Alcohol. -MCSO received a report from a caller who had a stalking order against a subject that the subject left a recorded message containing profanity. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact in Irrigon regarding the caller's neighbor's dog running loose. -MCSO received a report of a calf out between Main/Bombing Range on Wilson Road. The calf was secured and contact attempted on the owner. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a disabled vehicle with a family on 1-84 eastbound. -MCSO received a report from a caller that a female subject he picked up wouldn't leave his residence in Imgon. -MCSO, Heppner ambulance received a request for assistance for a 89-year-old woman in Heppner who had fallen and couldn't get up. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact regarding a vehicle that ran a stop sign and almost hit the caller's vehicle in Imgon. -MCSO received a hang-up 911 call from Imgon. When recontacted, everyone at the residence was okay. A child had dialed the wrong number. -MCSO received a report of a stolen Buick Skylark vehicle from Boardman. -MCSO, Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a 66-year-old diabetic female in Boardman who was breathing but unresponsive. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO, Morrow County Services to Children and Families received a request for a contact regarding ’ an eight-year-old boy in Boardman being left alone while his mother . was at work. r -MCSO, Imgon Fire Dept, received a report of a possible illegal bum in Imgon. June 1: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, arrested Donald Christian Gillis, 53, for DUII. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a request for assistance from a caller who had run out of gasoline at the 1-84 eastbound rest area near Boardman. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a "giant cow" in the roadway at Rippee and Wilson roads in Boardman. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a missing 11- year-oldjuvenile in Boardman. The juvenile was to have spent the night with a friend but was not there in the morning. The juvenile was located at another friend's home.
