Caller was unwilling to sign a complaint and wanted the subjects advised only. -BPD, MCSO received report of a fight between two brothers. Subjects left prior to arrival. Office was unable to locate anyone after area checks. -BPD, MCSO received report from a woman that her 34- year-old son was intoxicated and threatened his father with a knife in Boardman. -Boardman Ambulance, BPD, OSP arrested John Samuel Williams, 36, for Interfering, Criminal Mischief 2 and Disorderly Conduct. The subject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $15,000 bail. -Vernonia Police Department arrested Richard John Boyce, 24, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended. Deputy made contact with victim at Irrigon 76 Station. -MCSO received report from the Hermiston Police Department that they had received a call from a female who said her mother was threatening to harm herself. Deputies on the scene confirmed that the report was false. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon man who wanted to file a complaint against his neighbor's dog which, he said, was vicious. -MCSO received report from the Irrigon Sentry Market that two intoxicated subjects tried to buy beer there and were denied. February 27: MCSO received report from a woman that a man keeps trespassing on her property. -MCSO received report from a Hermiston man that he bought three trucks from a Boardman man and had received a bill of sale but the titles were in someone else's name. -MCSO received report from a Heppner woman that her dog had been shot by a BB gun. The caller stated that she knew who it was and wanted to know what can be done. -BPD, MCSO received report of a possible DUII on 1-84 westbound. The vehicle was located in Boardman. -BPD, MCSO arrested Ma Gema Murillo, 35, on a Umatilla County Sheriffs Office warrant for Telephone Harassment. The subject was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $10,000 bail. -BPD, MCSO arrested John Samuel Williams, 37, Boardman for violation of release agreement. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received request that contact be made with the owners of the horses that are on the caller's residence in the Boardman area -MCSO received report from a Boardman man that two dogs came after him, but didn't bite. Upon call-back, a male answered and then requested the female who asked for help. -HPD received report of a disturbance at the Mountain Glen Apartments. -MCSO arrested Frank Davis Ayers, 50, on a Lane County Circuit Court warrant for DUII with $10,000 bail, a Klamath County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear 2, FTA /A ssault 4 and FTA/Harassment with a $26,500 bail. He was also arrested for Assault 4 and Domestic Violence with $6,000 bail. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO cited Donita Louise Yelinek, 42, on a Klamath County Circuit Court warrant for Failure To Appear 2, FTA/DUII, FTA/Resisting Arrest. She was cited and released with $10,000 bail after being treated at Pioneer Memorial Hospital for a broken jaw sustained during an assault. February 28: MCSO received report of loud music coming from the fairgrounds. The caller did not want to sign a complaint. -BPD received report of two brown horses out in the roadway in Boardman. He said that he had been there since 3 p.m. without food or water and his pickup and a friend were still there.
