No one was on for BPD. -MCSO received report of. intrusion alarm at Cascade Specialties. -MCSO received report from a woman that her husband was trying to take her kids and threatening her. -OSP, MCSO cited Corey Lee Ehrmantraut, 20, for criminal trespass II, Daniel Sharp Petit, 27, criminal trespass II and Diana Sharp, 25, for criminal trespass II for nding four- wheelers on the gravel pit on Hwy 74. -OSP received report of hurt buck on 1-84. -BPD received request for officer for a seven-year-old who got beat up. They didn't request an ambulance. -MCSO, Boardman Ambulance, OSP received report of a body on 1-84 East Bound between Tower Road and Boardman. The call was disconnected and officer was unable to locate anything. -MCSO arrested Jody Lynn Lemon, 22, for failure to appear/unauthorized use of a motor vehicle out of Pendleton. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $50,000 bail. July 14: MCSO, Boardman Fire Department (BFD), Boardman Ambulance received report from a passerby of a one-vehicle accident at Wilson and Laurel. A male was out of the vehicle, but the female was still in, possibly bleeding. The subject refused transport. -H eppner Police Department (HPD) received request for security check at DMV. All was secure. -MCSO received request for deputy regarding assault IV- domestic-that was reported in Ukiah, but actually occurred in Hardman. -Boardman Ambulance, Medic 2 received request for transport for 76 year-old-man in Irrigon. There was no Irrigon response, so Boardman was paged for medical aid. One was > transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. -Irrigon FD, MCSO received report of a neighbor's AC unit smoldering in a single wide trailer. -OSP arrested Dwayne Orville Allen, 30, Prairie Grove, AR, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail for Morrow County Circuit Court for tractor/trailer reported stolen from Oklahoma. -MCSO received report from Benton Co. Sheriffs Office of a gun stolen in Morrow County recovered from a drive- by shooting suspect. -MCSO received request for a deputy from SCF. -MCSO received report of a semi weaving all over. -MCSO received report of a group of semis running together that are speeding at 70 mph-plus. -MCSO received report from Umatilla County Sheriffs Office of a possible restraining order in violation with subject possibly in Morrow County. -MCSO, Irrigon FD received report of a grass fire with structures possibly threatened in Irrigon. -MCSO received request for more patrol from a woman who has had trouble with mail tampering. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon man that his son is missing again. Deputy was attempting to make contact with juvenile department. -MCSO arrested Carla Gayle Rieder, 46, on a Lincoln County warrant. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -HPD received report of a radar detector stolen from a car. July 15: MCSO received report of a couple "at it again" outside at an Irrigon residence. Teresa Homer, 39, was cited for disorderly conduct and violation of Morrow County noise ordinance. -BPD cited Charles Anthony West, 19, for driving while suspended misdemeanor, driving uninsured and improper display of license plate. The vehicle was impounded. -Morrow County Road Department received report of a stop sign down at Paul Smith and Wilson. -BPD received report of a dog attacking another dog. -MCSO received call concerning a domestic dispute in Boardman. -HPD received report of a bicycle theft in Heppner. -BPD, MCSO received report of an audible intrusion alarm. -UCSO, MCSO arrested Donald Everett Hinton, 31, for assault IV. He was cited and released. -BPD received report of several males drinking beer at Boardman 76 and preparing to drive off. -HPD received report of an audible alarm at Les Schwab. It was the cleaning area. -MCSO received report of an officer with Hermiston PD trying to stop a vehicle on Hwy. 730. -HPD received report of someone dumping alcohol in the gasoline in a pick-up. -Irrigon Ambulance, MCSO received report from Hermiston PD of a 911 call from Bakes advising of a male found unconscious in the rest room with a head wound. He was transported. -OSP reported he was en route to MCSO with a DUII subject. Steven Scott Doughterty, 32, was cited to appear. -BPD received report from a subject who reported his missing (juvenile?) and possible MIP party. July 16: MCSO received report from Hermiston PD of a possible DUII headed from Umatilla towards Irrigon. Deputy stopped vehicle and it was not a DUII. -HPD received report of a Rottweiller running loose. The dog suspected was tied up. -HPD receive report of audible alarm at HES. Building was secure. -BPD received report of another alarm at HES. It was believed that vibration from an air conditioner was possibly setting the alarm off. -MCSO received report from a Portland woman that her husband and a friend were fishing at Penland Lake/Cutsforth Park area and they hadn't called at the designated time. She called back in a half an hour and said they called. -OSP/ La Grande arrested Phillip A. Williams, 36, Hermiston on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant. He was lodged at Union Co. Jail. -BPD, MCSO received report that three males in a white Jeep took the Port of Morrow exit and were throwing beer cans out of the car and swerving all over the road. Greg Allan Bass, 20, was arrested for restricted warrant out of Pendleton, DWS, no insurance, providing false information to a police officer, using another's driver's license and DUII. He blew a .09. He was lodged at Umatilla Co. Jail and his vehicle was towed. -HPD received report of a car vandalized at the Heppner pool while subject was in town for Little League Tournament. MCSO received a 911 hang-up call from an Irrigon pay phone. One juvenile was cited for failure to perform the duties of a passenger in a vehicle property accident. Another juvenile was cited for failure to perform duties of a driver, operating a vehicle without privileges, initiating a false police report. Juveniles were cited into juvenile court. -MCSO, BPD received report of a disturbance with a male voice screaming. July 17: MCSO received report of an officer at the Riverside High School ball field with two suspects. It was subjects getting ready to use the running back. -HFD, MCSO received report of a fire at Hwy 74. The small fire was put out. -HPD received report of two juveniles attempting to set off fireworks in caller's front yard. -MCSO received report of a subject speeding through the alley behind MCGG. MCSO deputy advised he would be out on Hwy 730 removing lumber and nails from the roadway that had fallen from a truck and almost caused an accident. -Hermiston PD arrested Stanley Brusce Jones, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while Suspended. Bail was set at $6,000. Union County arrested William J. Devin, 39, on an Heppner Justice Court warrant for failure to pay fine/criminal Trespass II. He was cited and released. -MCSO received report that two cars were kicked out of the Irrigon Marina Park. Caller believed they were going to fight. -MCSO received report of a trophy saddle stolen from Butter Creek. -M CSO arrested Matthew Byron Phillips, 29, Irrigon, on a M.C. Circuit Court warrant for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. He was transported to Umatilla Co. Jail. -MCSO cited Jesse Thomas Moore, 19, for possession of controlled substance/less than one ounce of marijuana. -MCSO received request for contact concerning a juvenile. -MCSO received report of a suspicious blue car in the gravel pit in Irrigon. -MCSO deputy reported she was out with four juveniles who caused a rock slide north of lone. -BPD received report of a purple car followed by a red car speeding. -MCSO received report from an Irrigon man that he was threatened in front of several witnesses. It was an ongoing problem. -MCSO received an abandoned 911 call from PGE plant. When number reconnected subject, he said his wife called him and said she hurt her foot. He said he didn't want an ambulance until he found out what was going on. -MCSO received request for an officer. -Boardman Ambulance, MCSO received request for an ambulance for a 48-year-old woman who had broken her leg and a foot. One was transported to Good Shepherd Hospital. -OSP received report of a deer hit on 1-84 and deer was in road creating hazard. -MCSO received report of two males walking with a female between them and it didn't appear as if female wanted to be walking with them at 10:42 p.m. towards dam on Willow Creek Road. -MCSO, OSP received report of someone walking on the roof of a residence in Irrigon. It was a cat. Blue Book photo contest open Guidelines for the statewide Blue Book Cover contest have been released. The contest is open to Oregon residents of any age who are amateur photographers. The winner of the contest will be featured on the inside front cover of the 2001-2002 Blue Book, which is a compendium of facts, figures and details about the state, published by the secretary of state. Entries must be postmarked by October 16, 2000. Photos must be 4'x6" or 4"x7" color prints in a vertical orientation. An entry form must accompany all photos.
