MCSO received a request from the Stanfield Police Dept, that the MCSO advise an Irrigon woman to stop calling a Stanfield woman or she will be charged with tele phone harassment. Nov. 28: CBEC. Heppner Fire Chief received a report of pow er out at Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. The caller was un able to turn the backup system on. MCSO. Heppner ambulance received a report of a man who fell out of the tub. hit his head and was disoriented. MCSO received a report of someone throwing garbage in a yard in Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of an abandoned dog. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a red Suburban driving erratically on 1-84 who took the Boardman exit. The sub ject just needed restroom facili ties badly. MCSO received a report of a civil custody problem. A woman said her husband refused to bring the kids back to any place besides her residence and she couldn't leave work. MCSO received a request for a deputy for theft of a weapon in Boardman. MCSO received a report of someone losing their load of wood in the road on Highway 207. Oregon State Police arrested Linda Doreen Feiter, 32, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Forgery I, Providing False Information to a Police Of ficer and Criminal Trespass II. She was lodged at the UC Jail with $50,000 bail. Oregon State Police arrested James Rodney Clements, 49, on an Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Attempting to Elude, Theft II, two counts Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Hindering Prosecution, with $50,000 bail. He was lodged at the UC Jail. He was also arrested on a Morrow County Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/ Driving while License Suspended and lodged on $6,000 bail. Boardman Police Dept, cited Daniel Madero Ponce, 27. with Theft III. Boardman Police Dept, cited a 13 year old and a 16 year old with Theft I. MCSO, Boardman Fire Dept, received a report o f a smoke alarm at Sam Boardman Elemen tary in Boardman. The building was secure and an officer was unable to locate any smoke. MCSO received a report of a Jeep Wrangler that hit a stop sign in lone. The driver appeared to be intoxicated. Oregon State Police in Milton- Freewater arrested David Scott Barnett. 34, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Cnminal Trespass II. He was cited and released. MCSO received a report of a loud noise from the pump station south of lone. It was controlled with pipes being blown out. Oregon State Police received a report of a vehicle off the road and on its top. MCSO received a report from a female that a male subject keeps following her. MCSO received a request from Columbia Middle School in Imgon to cite a student with MlP-to- bacco. MCSO receiv ed a report of a man in a light green pickup parked at a gravel pit in Irrigon vv ho shot a rifie when someone stopped to check out the situation. He was released on nis own recognizance. MCSO received a request for a deputy from a female subject concerning her ex-boyfriend leav ing messages on the phone in v io - lation of a restraining order. Astoria Police Dept, arrested Jacqueiine Rae McConnell. 2". on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. She was lodged at Clatsop County Jail vv ith $36' bail and released on her ow n recognizance due to ia:i over crowding. MCSO receiv ed a report of a blue van heading toward Imgon from Umatilla that was svverv ing in and out of lanes and almost hit ting another car. Dec. 1: Oregon State Police. ODOT. Boardman Police Dept, received a report of the Boardman exit sign down and on the free way. MCSO, MC Juvenile Dept re ceived a report of a runaw ay ju venile found. He was picked up and lodged at the Pendleton juve nile facility for a probation viola tion. MCSO received a report of a beer truck that hit a car and left the scene. MCSO deputy assisted Oregon State Police with a stolen vehicle on 1-84 milepost 173. The owner refused to press charges. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept.. Dec. 13: Oregon State Police requested that a MCSO deputy make contact with the mother of one ofa double-homicide victims. The mother lives in Hardman. Ewert. 38. on an Imgon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Suspended. Bail was set at $23'. He was cited and released due to jail overcrowding.
