award program was started by
new HES principal Mrs.

MCSO received a report from
a man who said he heard youths
saying that they knew the three
boys who set the annex on fire.
Boardman ambulance received
a report from a man at the
Boardman Manna that he couldn ’ t
breathe and has a history of heart
problems. The patient was trans
ported to Good Shepherd Commu
nity Hospital in Hermiston.

received a request from a woman
to look at her knee. There was no
transport made.
Heppner Police Dept, received
a request for an officer to report
a burglary that occurred within the
last hour.
Heppner Police Dept, received
a report of an audible alarm at
Heppner Elementary School. It
was a false alarm.
MCSO received a report from
an Irrigon woman of an earlier
domestic situation between her
daughter and son-in-law. The par
ties were separated.

a request for an officer from a
woman concerning a question.
Heppner Police Dept, received
a report of a male subject outside
the Northwestern Motel who was
carrying on very loudly and was
possibly drunk. The man, who was
earlier kicked out of the motel,
was located at the Chevron sta
tion. His wife was going to make
arrangements for them to get a
nde home.

a reoort from a deputy that he was
flagged down and was respond
ing to a possible fight in the park
ing lot.

westbound ramp and Mam Street
in Boardman.

the Hillsboro Police Dept, to make
contact with an Imgon residence
concerning a hit-and-run that oc
curred in their jurisdiction.

Exam. Zabel was lodged at the
UCSOjail. He was also cited for

ceived a request for an ambulance
for a 10 year old female who was
out by a bum barrel and some
thing was thrown in that exploded.
The patient was transported to
Good Shepherd Community Hos
pital. The object was a full can of
paint.

a report of a possible drunk driver
who has driven from Kate’s Pizza
to the Northwestern Motel. The
car was parked at the motel.

an Imgon woman that her 10 year
old niece was missing at 8:59 p.m.
The child arrived home while the
caller was on the phone with the
sheriffs office.
MCSO deputy advised he was
en route to assist an ambulance
with a subject with bronchitis and
who was very cold. There was
no transport made.
MCSO deputy cited a 16 year
old, a 14 year old and a 17 year
old for MIP.
Oct. 1: Oregon State Police
received a report of an alarm at
Cascade Specialties. It was an
employee error.

received a report of vandalism at
the scale office on Tower Road
There was no deputy available to
respond so the caller requested
the Oregon State Police.

a report of a non-injury motor ve
hicle accident north of Lexington.
MCSO received a request for
a deputy concerning a missing
child. The caller said the mother
has the child.

a request for an ambulance for a
male subject. The patient was
transported to Good Shepherd
Community Hospital in Hermiston.

blue car traveling at a high rate of
speed in Boardman. The deputy
warned the driver.

a man who said his ex-wife is late
picking up the kids and she called
and sounded like she was on
something. The kids were sleep
ing and the man was expecting
trouble.

received a report of a flatbed
pickup hauling watermelons that
was all over the road on 1-84.

a report of a burglar alarm at Les

officer for a domestic dispute that
had just occurred.
MCSO received a report from
a man in Lexington that while he
was visiting neighbors, his es
tranged wife had taken the keys
out of his vehicle and locked it up.

civil problem. A woman said she
had gone to an apartment to re
trieve her things and a man
wouldn’t let her.

from the Arlington BP station in

two year old son. An officer was
unable to locate the parents. The
call was transferred to the
Boardman Police Dept.

the neighbors are videotaping ev
erything they do.
MCSO received a report of a
pickup broken into in Lexington
and a Remington 30-06 rifle was
stolen.
MCSO deputy arrested Jose
Medina. Jr., 31, Boardman. for
Failure to AppearUUII He was
also arrested on probable cause
for Possession of a Forged Instru-
ment-C Felony and cited for Un
lawful Use of Lighting. Driving
while License Suspended infrac
tion and Driving Uninsured
Medina was lodged at the UCSO
jail.

man with severe back pain. The
patient was transported to Pioneer
Memorial Hospital in Heppner

of a 49 year old man reported
missing at Bull Prairie at 11 47
p.m. He was to be back at the
campsite at dark.
Oct. 4: Oregon State Police
received a report of a vehicle that
spun out on 1-84 and was hanging
over the side of the freeway. It
was a non-injury accident.

a man at the fairgrounds whose
mother passed away.

rested Billie Charles Kimberlein
on a Heppner Justice Court war
rant for Failure to Pay Fine/Ha-
rassment. He was released due
to overcrowding.

Locust Road in Boardman closed
to vehicles for road construction.
MCSO received a report of a
headlight shot out by a pellet gun
in Imgon and received a request
for a deputy.
