Sheriff's Report MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a woman in Boardman who said her husband and 13 year old son were fighting. No action was taken. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of two suspicious juve niles lying in the grass at Mt. Glen Apts, in Heppner. July 20: MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a neighborhood dog problem in Imgon. MCSO received a report of a theft from the Last Chance Fruit Stand during the previous night. MCSO received a report from a Lexington woman that a needle and syringe which was given to a deputy may have contained glue which was used on a sign. MCSO received a report of a personal sign and troll missing from an lone residence. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a male sub ject that a chocolate lab, not his own, was guarding his door. MCSO received a request for a deputy to accompany a man while delivering a notice to vacate property message. lone Fire Dept, received a re port of a fire on Barlow Road re kindling. lone Fire Dept, received a re port of a large fire burning 10 miles west of Hardman. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer concern ing a violation of a restraining or der. MCSO deputy arrested Jody Gene Abbott, 35, on a UCSO warrant for Failure to Appear/ Possession of a Controlled Sub stance II. The subject was lodged at the UCSO jail. MCSO received a report of four males at the Imgon Marina trying to knock out lights and then two more cars showed up. MCSO received a request for assistance from Morrow County Behavioral Health concerning a woman dropped off at her resi dence when she shouldn’t have been. MCSO deputy arrested Alma Estrada Arellano, 28, Boardman, on an Imgon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driv- ing while License Suspended. MCSO received a request for a deputy from an Irrigon man who said his soon-to-be ex-w ife trashed his house and took some of his belongings. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a request for as sistance for a suicidal person. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer concern ing a purse lost near Mt. Glen Apts. MCSO received a report of a possible DUII traveling north on Patterson Ferry Road in a white Ford pickup. MCSO received a report of a fight in progress in Imgon. A woman said her soon-to-be ex- husband had just kicked in the door and started fighting with a male at the house. An ambulance was requested but the subject refused to have an EMT look at him. MCSO deputy arrested Rob ert Lee Adams, 41, Imgon, for Assault IV. Adams was lodged at the UCSOjail. July 21: MCSO received a report of a domestic situation in progress in Irrigon. MCSO deputy arrested Claude Forrest Jacobs, 41, Irrigon, for Felony Assault IV. MCSO received a report of grade school-age kids playing in Main Street in Lexington at 12:24 a.m. An officer was unable to lo cate the kids. MCSO received a report from a Lexington woman of an un wanted woman at her house. MCSO received a report of a peacock found at a Heppner resi dence. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept., Medic 3, Boardman ambu lance received a report of a man who injured his back and couldn’t get out of his sleeper cab at the Nomad in Boardman. MCSO received a report of cows on the highway in Lexing ton, causing a traffic snarl. The owner put the cows moved the cows. MCSO received a report from The Shop in Boardman that a cus tomer sent a check for services then stopped payment on the check. MCSO received a report of a stop sign missing from 8th and Columbia was found by a deputy. MCSO received a report from a man at the 1-84 eastbound rest area that he locked his keys in the car and his baby is inside. A lock smith responded. MCSO received a report of an audible alarm at Cascade Special ties, Two subjects were there who were not supposed to be. MCSO received a request for a welfare check for a woman whose husband called up her place o f employment and said she wasn’t going to come to work anymore. MCSO, Good Shepherd Hos pital, Victim’s Advocate received a report of a woman who was reported to be raped. Abel Cano- Sanchez, 26, was arrested for Rape I, Sodomy I and Possession of a Forged Instrument. He was lodged at the UCSOjail. MCSO received a report of an audible alarm in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a woman in Lexington who needed a place to stay. Her husband had thrown her stuff on the lawn. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a fight or a lot of yelling at a Boardman resi dence. MCSO received a report of a door kicked in and other vandal ism done to a Irrigon residence. MCSO received a report of a woman in Lexington yelling and screaming because she had no place to stay and needed her clothes. She was boarded for the night. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of barking dogs in Boardman. July 22: Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a sto len vehicle found at the Port of Boardman. MCSO received a report of a female subject allegedly assaulted by a male in Boardman two days previous. Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a male in his mid-20s who was hav ing chest pains and rapid breath ing at Oregon Potato. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital inHermiston. MCSO deputy arrested Steve M. Epperson, 22, on a circuit court warrant for Failure to Appear/ Rape III, Sex Abuse III, Contrib uting to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor. Epperson was lodged at the UCSOjail. MCSO deputy arrested Cindy Irene Marshall, 25, on a circuit court warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance . MCSO received a request for speak to a deputy concerning a restraining order. MCSO received a report of a male who hid a van in the bushes near an Irrigon residence. Heppner and lone Fire depts. received a report of a wheat fire on the Beckett place between Lib erty School Road. MCSO received a report from a woman that a male grabbed her son by the neck at the Irrigon Marina. MCSO received a report of an electrical gate at the Irrigon Ref uge folded in half. MCSO deputy arrested Coral Lynn Pegram, 45, on a UCSO warrant for a Parole Violation. Pegram was lodged at the UCSO jail. MCSO received a report of 10- 11 young men sitting at the Irrigon Marina who were believed to be smoking pot. One 14 year old was cited for MIP-tobacco. MCSO received a request for information concerning shooting dogs that chase or hurt livestock. MCSO received a report of a van trespassing onto property in Boardman. Jose Jesus Ramos- Lemus, 22, Boardman, Agustin Valadez-Larra, 21, Boardman, Carlos Garcia, 26, Boardman, and Roberto Cunllo-Nava, 51, Board- man, were cited for Criminal Tres pass II. MCSO received a report of kids back from an earlier report. MCSO deputy cited Richard Kelly Matzen, 19, Pasco, WA. for Theft III, Possession of Less than One oz. Marijuana and MlP-al- cohol, and cited Joseph Lee Swope, 18, Irrigon, for MlP-alco- hol. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning the caller’s 15 year old sister who was miss ing. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a dog barking. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for assistance in getting a man out of his chair. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a vehicle with juve niles at the cemetery making a lot of noise. MCSO received a report of loud music in Boardman. MCSO deputy arrested Ese- quiel Torres, 18 for Disorderly Conduct and MIP-consumption; and cited Geoffrey Ellsworth Camine, 18, for MlP-consump- tion, and a 17 year old juvenile for MIP-consumption. July 23: MCSO deputy ar rested Arthur William Wilson, 26, for DUII and Resisting Arrest. He was also cited for No Operator’s License and No Insurance. His blood alcohol was .16. Wilson was lodged at the UCSOjail. MCSO received a report of suspicious circumstances at an Imgon residence. People were at the residence when no one should have been there. All was secure. MCSO received a report of a theft of a motor vehicle in Irrigon. MCSO received a report that a wall air conditioner used to cool equipment was stolen from Boise Cascade in Boardman. MCSO received a report of abuse in lone. A man allegedly told a female subject that if she called the police on him again, he would meet them with a rifle. MCSO deputy arrested Miguel Hernandez-Bianco, 26, on a Mult nomah County warrant for Elud ing. Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambulance received a report of a boy who slipped on wet grass and broke his arm. The pa tient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report of a vehicle/trailer fire on Forest Ser vice Road 53 three miles west of Cutsforth Park. A pickup and trailer were fully engulfed. It was out of the Heppner Fire Dept, dis trict. USFS responded to protect trees only. MCSO received a report of a green pickup speeding through West Glen that almost hit a child. MCSO received a report of possible abuse. MCSO received a report of a girl, possibly a runaway from Irrigon. MCSO received a report of camping in a no-camping area between the river and the Port of Morrow offices. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a gray Camaro with the driver drinking. MCSO received a report of a 4-wheeler kicking up dust in Imgon. MCSO received a report of cows in a yard again. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of an MIP party in Boardman. MCSO deputy arrested Dean Allen Williams, 39, Imgon. for DUII. Boardman Police Dept, ar rested Gustavo Cruz-Juarez, 28, for Parole Violation/Delivery of a Controlled Substance. July 24: Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a dog bark ing in an apartment at St. Patrick's Senior Center. The caller was concerned about the tenant. MCSO, Oregon State Police. ODOT, Boardman Police Dept., Boardman and Arlington Fire depts., Union Pacific Railroad and Intertribal authorities received a report of a grass fire at the 1-84 exit, with strong winds reported. MCSO received a report of a vanity sink stolen from a house that was just purchased in Imgon. MCSO deputy advised of a vehicle that spun out west of the railroad underpass and was in the median. The deputy had been re sponding to fires. It was a non injury accident. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of two males in a beige car speeding and making obscene gestures. MCSO, Heppner and lone Fire depts. received a report o f a wheat fire with a structure threat ened in Lexington. Heppner Police Dept, received a report o f a car behind Les Schwab Tire Center in Heppner that rolled into a pole. Morrow County officials re ceived a report of a man who was working at the courthouse and locked himself out. Pet Rescue received a report of a poodle found in Imgon going in circles in the road. July 25: MCSO received a re port of a purse stolen from a rig at Bakes in Imgon MCSO received a report of an on-going situation of two males in a maroon car banging on the house windows, honking the horn, sitting in the car awhile and then repeat ing the performance. One of the males reportedly entered the house earlier and they are threat ening to hurt the caller. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of someone using a crowbar to the front of several machines at the Boardman Laundromat. Irrigon Fire Dept, received a report of a fire at the Learning Center.
