TWELVE - Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, June 16,1999 Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff s Office (MCSO) reports handling the following business: May 31: Heppner Police Dept, received a report of someone out side a residence in Heppner with a car alarm going off twice. MCSO deputy cited Augustin Trujillo- Albarran, 38, for DUII. MCSO deputy cited Ricardo Alvarado-Laonso, 32, for DUII. He was also arrested on an Imgon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/DUII. MCSO received a report of severe vandalism at Anson Wright Park. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambulance re ceived a request for assistance for a hurt woman in Boardman. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of an up set tenant at a rented house in Irrigon with a sawed-off shotgun. MCSO, Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a motorhome on fire on 1-84 milepost 168 at a residence. MCSO, Oregon State Police, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a possible DUII on Highway 730. Officers were un able to locate anyone. MCSO received a report of a vehicle off the road east of Bun ker Hill. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer for a woman who hit a flag pole. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a car parked at the car wash in Heppner with its doors locked. Boardman Police Dept, cited a 16 year old juvenile for Disor derly Conduct. , Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a subject urinating on a street comer. MCSO received a report of a father hitting his son. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a custodial dis pute. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a door kicked or left open at the Outback Apts, in Boardman. MCSO deputy arrested Shely Riquel Johnson, 36, on a Umatilla Sheriffs office warrant for Fail ure to Appear/Theft II, Forgery II. Johnson was lodged at the Umatilla Sheriffs office. MCSO received a report of someone almost getting hit head- on by a semi truck on Lexington Hill. June 1: MCSO received a re port of two juveniles who may have stolen a car and may show up at a Boardman residence. The juveniles were located in Hermiston. Oregon State Police received a report of a woman crying be cause her daughter was gone from home when she woke up this morning. MCSO received a report of a green Ford Escort hit by a grey van. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of two flower pots miss ing from the clinic. Oregon State Police received a report of a green Honda with no license plate on 1-84 speeding in excess of 90 mph. MCSO received a request for assistance from Boardman Police Dept, with two juveniles at the police dept. MCSO received a report of a lost address book at Central Mar ket. MCSO received a request for an extra patrol on Stock Drive because insulators were shot out. MCSO received a request for an extra patrol for a Mountain Man Rendezvous near Heppner on June 18-25. MCSO, Boardm an Police Dept., Boardman ambulance re ceived a report of a person in a car with their head slumped down on 1-84. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a woman that her husband assaulted her at a soccer field in Boardman. It was later reported that the male was the victim and he was treated for a knife wound inflicted by the female the previous night. Oregon State Police, Board- man Police Dept, received a re port of a drive-off without paying for $20 worth of gasoline at the Boardman Chevron. O regon State Police at Pendleton arrested Billie Mac Cole, 43, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Sus pended. MCSO received a report of a 1/3 cord of wood taken from an lone residence. Heppner Police Dept, arrested Danny Alan Mathews, 49, for a parole violation. Mathews was lodged at the Umatilla County jail. Heppner Police and Fire depts. received a report of an alarm at Pioneer Memorial Hospital. MCSO received a report of 2,000 gallons of anhydrous ammo nia taken. MCSO received a report of a white vehicle almost running a woman off the road in Irrigon. The vehicle and driver were located. June 2: Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a trailer court m anager that a woman was fighting with her hus band. Morrow County Behavioral Health was called to the scene. MCSO received a report that someone drove through the lone Park and around the gazebo. MCSO received a report of a dog chasing a woman for the sec ond time in Lexington. Oregon State Police received a report of a car in the ditch on I- 84. MCSO received a report of speeders around the road con struction in Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a woman that her son’s bike was stolen. The bike was recovered. MCSO received a report of a street bike racing on back streets. MCSO received a report from A deputy that he put down a buck that was hit by a car. It was re moved from the highway. Boardman Police Dept, ar rested Miguel Rodriguez, 21, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Suspended. Rodri guez was lodged at the jail. MCSO received a request for an officer for a vehicle that was vandalized in Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer for an on-going problem with barking dogs. June 3: MCSO received a re port of a male hitchhiker at the Heppner golf course. MCSO, Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a grass fire on the Bombing Range. MCSO, Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of another fire on I-84/Highway 730junction. MCSO, Boardman Fire Dept, received another report of two small fires on the Bombing Range. MCSO received a report of a car vandalized and harassing notes left. MCSO received a report from a woman that another woman had taken her husband’s truck with out permission. The truck was brought back. MCSO received a report of cows on the road on Highway 206. MCSO received a report of an audible intrusion alarm sounding at Cascade Specialties. It turned out to be a box blowing around outside that set it off. MCSO received a report of a man that had fallen out of his wheelchair at St. Patrick’s Senior Center. The man was okay. MCSO received a request of a juror who needed insulin. It was delivered to the courthouse. Boardman Police Dept, ar rested Catherine Anne Carlisle, 33, on an UCSO warrant for Fail ure to Appear/Possession o f a Controlled Substance, Metham- phetamine, Marijuana. Carlisle was lodged at the USCO jail. Oregon State Police received ‘ a report of a yellow pickup headed eastbound in the westbound lane on 1-84. MCSO, Oregon State Police, ODOT, Boardman Police and Fire depts., Boardman and Irrigon ambulances received a report of a “bad head-on accident’’ on 1-84 westbound, milepost 174. Two patients were transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a request for assistance with a disabled boat at the Port of Morrow. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a harassing phone call. MCSO received a report of an abandoned puppy outside the caller’s window. June 4: MCSO, Boardman Po lice Dept, received a report o f a missing juvenile in Boardman. An officer was unable to locate the juvenile. Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a grass fire on 1-84. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning barking dogs in Irrigon. MCSO received a report o f a 30-40 year old female in a pink housecoat, floppy hat and back pack who appeared to be panhan dling at the 1-84 Boardman rest area. MCSO received a report that there was a Holstein bull out in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of on going vandalism to Thom Creek property. MCSO received a report of a backhoe being vandalized over the Memorial Day weekend at Skin ner Creek. MCSO received a report that a neighbor’s dog has been bark ing in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a cat shot with an arrow in Hepp ner. Boardman Police Dept, ar rested Delafino Jurado Jiminez, 35, on three Irrigon Justice Court warrants for DUII, Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Sus pended Misdemeanor and Failure to Perform Duties of a Driver/ Property Damage. Jiminez was lodged at the UCSO jail. June S: MCSO deputy cited Lester Ray M artina, Jr., 28, Umatilla, for DUII. MCSO received a request for a deputy to contact the parent of two juveniles. Heppner and. Lexington fire depts. received a report o f a house in Lexington full of smoke. Hermiston Police Dept, ar rested Phillip Randall Morford for Failure to Appear/Angling Prohib ited Method. MCSO received a driving com plaint from a flagger in Irngon. MCSO received a report of harassing phone calls in Board- man. Oregon State Police received a report of a vehicle westbound in the eastbound lane on 1-84. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a two-vehicle accident in Boardman. MCSO, Irrigon Fire Dept, re ceived a report of a structure fire in Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a domestic dis pute in Boardman and the hus band wouldn’t leave. MCSO received a report of a window in a fifth wheel shot out in Imgon. MCSO, Boardm an Police Dept., Boardman ambulance re ceived a report of man having dif ficulty breathing at the Nomad in Boardman. The man refused transport.
