The Morrow County Sheriffs Office (MCSO) reports handling the following business: MCSO received a report of a missingjuvenile. The juvenile was located and had been injured in a motor vehicle accident. The male juvenile was trapped inside the vehicle and was extricated. He had a broken femur and was in serious condition. Another male juvenile was transported to Gilliam County Medical Center; the first juvenile was flown to St. Charles in Bend. Heppner Police Dept, arrested Steven Michael Epperson, 21, for Rape III Epperson was lodged at the UCSOjail. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer at the Heppner High School for two boys who had been fighting and wanted to continue. MCSO received a report of a beer bottle found at the Imgon Learning Center, possibly in re gards to an earlier incident. MCSO, Heppner Police Dept, received a report that a man left home with a gun and a Bible and was possibly suicidal. The man was located at his sister’s house in Hermiston. MCSO received a report of a drive-off without paying for $22 of gasoline at the Hermiston AM/ PM. The vehicle was registered to a person in Imgon. MCSO received a report from a woman that her boyfriend tried to choke her. The boyfriend left on his motorcycle and was be lieved to be intoxicated. When the woman was called back, the sub ject answered; she was outside in her car. William Paul Thielen, 44, was charged with Assault IV and was lodged at the UCSOjail. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of an adult and child riding a 4-wheeler with no helmets on. MCSO received a report of high school kids playing on equip ment inside a fenced-off area of MCGG off of Patterson Ferry Road near the refuge. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of animal neglect. The Boardman Police Dept, said there was nothing they could do and suggested the sub ject call the Humane Society. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a female sub ject who needs help removing a male from her residence. MCSO, Hermiston Police Dept., Imgon ambulance received a request for a male having sei zures. MCSO deputy arrested Rob ert Edward Flanagan, 24, Imgon, on a Umatilla County warrant for Parole Violation/Dnving while Li cense Suspended felony. MCSO received a request for a deputy regarding a non-sufficient funds check. MCSO received a report of an erratic driver in Lexington. MCSO, G illiam County S heriffs Office, Oregon State Police, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of an officer in pursuit of a vehicle after several objects were thrown out of the vehicle. David Roy Moss, 37, was arrested after a spike strip was used and charged with Driving while License Suspended/Felony, Felony Eluding, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Warrants out of Umatilla County were con firmed for Failure to Appear/Bur- glary I; Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possession of a Fire arm; and Attempting to Elude. Moss was lodged at the Klickitat Countyjail with a Umatilla County hold placed on him. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a woman in Boardman that a male is follow ing hei and showing up at her work. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer regarding prank phone calls. MCSO received a request for a deputy regarding tools stolen in Imgon. MCSO received a request for assistance from a man who needed help finding his aunt. Heppner ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a female who had possibly over dosed on medication. MCSO received a report of someone shooting and wounding a dog in Boardman MCSO received a report of a pickup on someone's property in lone. MCSO received a report of a suspicious vehicle at Morgan MCSO received a report of a possible drunk driver on Highway 207 May 7: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a request for assistance in locating wild dogs. Jacquez was lodged at the UCSO jail. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from Kegler’s Market in Boardman that a juve nile was caught stealing a carton of cigarettes. MCSO received a report from a woman that a subject in a or ange pickup had run over her cat and was now harassing her. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of switched license plates. Heppner Fire Chief received a report of smoke at the North Lex ington Elevator. It was someone cleaning out the elevator. MCSO received a report that a vehicle was losing its rock load with good-sized rocks. MCSO received a report of a juvenile throwing a rock and breaking the windshield of a car. MCSO received a report of someone taking two cases of beer and four bottles of wine out of a refrigerator in a garage in lone. Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambulance received a report of a baby choking. The baby started crying and the par ents refused transport. MCSO received a report of a possible domestic incident in lone. The caller reported that her boy friend threatened her. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a missing 14 year old. The boy w ent looking for his mother 1 Zi hours ago and had not returned by 10:40 p.m. He was located. May 8: MCSO received a re quest for an officer for a barking dog problem in Boardman. MCSO received a report from the Pendleton Police Dept, that two subjects had road signs be lieved to be from Morrow County in the back of their car. MCSO received a report of a house broken into in Imgon. MCSO received a report of a green Volkswagen Jetta speeding in excess of 100 mph on 1-84. MCSO received a report of a stop sign found in a front yard in Imgon. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report that a bicycle re ported stolen was recovered. MCSO received a report of a cow on 1-84 east bound. MCSO received a report of grain bins vandalized in lone. MCSO received a report of an erratic driver on Highway 730 westbound. May 9: Heppner ambulance received a request for an ambu lance for one male involved in a motor vehicle accident near Tupper. A 38 year old man with a possible head injury and chest and stomach pain was transported. The subject said he blew a tire and rolled his vehicle into the ditch. Gresham Police Dept, arrested Gary Ray Griffin, 22, on an Imgon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Open Container. Grif fin was lodged at the Multnomah Countyjail. MCSO deputy cited a 15 year old juvenile for No Operator’s Li cense and MIP-alcohol. MCSO received a report of a purse stolen from Lamb-Weston the previous day. MCSO received a report of a t pickup vandalized around April 15 in Imgon. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of two cars play ing tag in excess of 90 mph on I- 84. Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambulance, Med 3 re ceived a report of an eight week old baby not breathing again. The baby, breathing slightly, was trans ported to Good Shepherd Commu nity Hospital in Hermiston. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a person driving while license suspended. MCSO received a report from a woman that four subjects flashed a knife and threatened her husband and friends. MCSO deputy arrested Dale Dougan, 44, Vancouver, WA„ for DUII. MCSO received a report of a vehicle hit-and-run at the Imgon Market. May 10: Oregon State Police received a report of two occu pants in a vehicle at the Boardman Texaco drinking alcohol. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of two aggressive dogs, one Rottweiler and one Chow, that attempted to come af ter the caller and two other women who were out walking.
