Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff s office (MCSO) reports handling the following business: Boardman police Dept, re ceived a report from a woman that her husband took her car and he has concealed weapons. She wanted her car and his keys back. MCSO, Boardman ambulance received a report of a dialysis pa tient bleeding m Boardman. MCSO, Boardm an Police Dept, received a report of a do mestic dispute in progress at DSE. It was verbal only and the male subject was taken to another resi dence. MCSO, H erm iston Police Dept, received a report of a couple who had been in a domestic dis pute and the woman had bruises. An officer arrested Jose M. Ramos, 26. Ramos was lodged at the UCSO jail on charges of As sault IV/Domestic. March 8: Oregon State Police received a report of a verbal al tercation at the Irrigon motel. MCSO received a report of pickups stuck by Cutsforth Park with a eight months pregnant fe male having pains. MCSO received a report of 250-300 gallons of fuel spilled by juveniles cutting a UP fuel line near Boardman. MCSO received a request for a deputy from Columbia Middle School in Irrigon to cite a student for theft. Boardman ambulance received a call for a man with high blood pressure, trouble swallowing and weakness on his right side. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report from a woman that her grandson was released from prison and she re ceived a threatening phone call from him. He threatened to get some items back but she doesn’t have them. March 9: MCSO deputy ar rested Cindy Irene Marshall, 24, Umatilla, on an Irrigon. Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Sus pended and on a probable cause warrant for Possession of a Con trolled Substance-Methamphet- amine. Marshall was lodged at the UCSO jail. MCSO received a report of a runaway juvenile at The Dalles. MCSO received a report of two cows out on Highway 74. MCSO received a report of an attempted theft of a cow the pre vious night. The thief didn’t get away with the whole cow, just part of one ear. MCSO received a report of a Rottweiler menacing a woman’s little dog in Boardman. Multnomah County Sheriffs O ffice arrested Sandy Lee Thwaits, 29, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while License Sus pended. MCSO received a report of a man who forgot to take his insulin and was experiencing problems breathing. The caller refused an ambulance and said he would try to make it into Good Shepherd Comm unity H ospital ER in Hermiston. The officer advised that it might be a prank call. The hospital said there was no one seen by the name given. MCSO received a report of a possible drunk driver turning off 1-82 onto Highway 730. MCSO received a request for someone to check out a man with a palm that might need stitches. He refused an ambulance. MCSO deputy arrested Chauncey Edward Doty, 33, for Failure to Pay Fine/Possession of Illegal Fireworks. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for a standby for a woman who wanted to retrieve her car. March 10: MCSO received a report of a horse hit on Highway 730 before the BP station in Irrigon. The horse was put down. MCSO received a request from Irrigon Justice Court for a deputy to speak to a man who has infor mation about someone killing people. MCSO received a request to speak to a deputy about an im pounded vehicle. Boardm an Police Dept., Boardman ambulance received a report of an Oregon Potato em ployee who suffered a seizure while using a cutting torch. He had a 3" cut on the back of his head, was unconscious but breathing and had severe bums to his chest. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report of a vehicle that had the air let out of its tires in Boardman. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a woman that her son and daugh ter-in-law were fighting. MCSO deputy cited a 13 year old juvenile with two counts of Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. Springfield Police Dept, ar rested Larry Dean Cook, 19, on two Heppner Justice Court war rants for Theft II and Failure to A ppear/Theft II. Cook was lodged at Lane County jail. Boardman Police E>ept. located 13 and 14 year old ama ways and returned them to their parents. Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of smoke in the Boardman area. It was a leftover bum from ODOT. MCSO received a report of 4- 5 shots fired from Hilltop Drive in Boardman. MCSO received a report of broken boards in the traffic lanes on 1-84 eastbound. March 11: Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f an alarm at the Boardman Health Clinic. It was cancelled. MCSO received a report of a drunk trespasser who would not leave from R.D. March 13: Boardman Police Dept, received a request for an officer from a man who said his neighbor’s car alarm keeps going off and is keeping him up at 1:48 a.m. No one answered the door at the home of the vehicle. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a female sub ject who said she was the one who took the movies in a previous com plaint and wanted to turn herself in. The complainant advised if the items were returned they would not press charges. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a civil prob lem in Irrigon. Heppner ambulance received a request for an ambulance in Lexington for a 74 year old woman who fell off a stepladder. MCSO received a report of a CB, headphones, batteries and a flashlight stolen out of a pickup at Blake’s Ranch. MCSO received a report of loud music coming from a neigh bor’s residence in Irrigon. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a request for an officer from a woman who said her husband wouldn’t leave the residence. MCSO, Heppner Police Dept., Heppner ambulance received a request for assistance for a man who had fallen. It was a non-in- jury accident, but help was needed getting the patient moved. March 15: MCSO deputy ar rested William G. Holloway, 66, for DUII. MCSO received a report of a suspicious vehicle in Heppner with four juveniles in it driving up and down the street at 3:11 a.m. The caller was advised that no officer was on duty in Heppner, but if they return or continue, to let the sheriff’s office know. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a stolen car in Hepp ner. The vehicle was located at the Chevron parking lot. No charges were filed. MCSO received a report of loud music in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of harassment of Irrigon City Hall employees. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a burglar alarm at a Boardman residence. It was a false alarm. The complainant called back and advised to disregard the report. MCSO received a request for information regarding a civil prob lem between the caller’s son and another person. Umatilla County Sheriff’s of fice (UCSO) arrested Thomas Martin Bradford, 19, for Assault, with a hold in place for Morrow County. Heppner Police Dept., Hepp ner ambulance received a report from a male subject that he was assaulted by three subjects by the post office in Heppner around 11:30p.m. March 16: Heppner Police Dept, arrested Michael Allen Loop, 22, for Assault IV (Oregon City), Assault III (Multnomah County) and a local charge of Assault IV.
